The manager was rude and a liar. Took 30 mins to get a drink from Starbucks even though we were the only ones in line. Pillow covers needed to get changed.

Unser Zimmer mit dem Blick auf Golden Horn hat uns sehr gefallen; Hilfsbereitschaft der Personal (Danke an Abdulselam und einen Herr an Rezeption, der mir mit Ausdrucken von Unterlagen geholfen hat). Super war es mit Transfer in die Stadt und Flughafen. Die Betten im Zimmer waren super - nicht nur ergonomisch, aber auch gut für Allergiker: ich hatte keine Reaktion auf Bettwäsche bekommen (ich reagiere in ca 50% der Fälle auf Waschmittel mit dem Bettwäsche gewaschen wird). Also , der Schlaf war sehr gut. Zusätzlich , würde ich mich bei dem Reinigungspersonal bedanken wollen. Sie hatten täglich sehr fleißig sauber gemacht und uns immer frisches Trink-Wasser gelassen. Parking am Hotel war kostenlos. Internet-Geschwindigkeit über WLAN war für mein geschäftliches Online-Training genügend. Frühstuck ist optimal für 2-Tage Unterhalt, danach merkt man, dass die Gerichte sich wiederholen. Besonderes Angebote an frisches Grün, Nüsse und Honig und gesalzenes Gebäck fand ich total speziell. Über Verbesserung des Kaffes-Angebotes, haben wir mit dem Manager gesprochen, der persönlich sich bei mir während des Frühstucks erkundigt hat, ob mein Aufenthalt in Ordnung wäre, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Aber wer den Filter-Kaffee gerne trinkt, es ist kein Problem. All-in-all, war ich und mein Sohn mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Erstmal wollten wir nur 3 Tage in diesem Hotel bleiben, aber dann haben wir uns entschieden zu verlängern und haben es wieder über Booking gemacht. Danke dem Hotel für die Begrüßungsgeschenke ;) Last, but not least, entscheidender Faktor war aber auch der Preis, der jetzt im März 24 sehr attraktiv war - ca. 115 Euro pro Zimmer pro Nacht inkl. Frühstuck für 2 Personen. ______________________________________________

Niedriges Wasserdruck in Dusche. Das Wasser riecht leider sehr nach Chlor and trocknet die Haut . Die Lage, obwohl strategisch gut, fanden wir gleichzeitig etwa gefährlich hinten des Hotels. Mindestens sah es so aus. Auf jeden Fall, würde ich am späteren Abend oder Nachts lieber mit dem Taxi direkt zum Hotel fahren. Falls die Navigation Ihnen sagt "nimmt Bus und dann noch 15 min . laufen", würde ich Ihnen davon abraten. Diese Straßen gehen auf und ab, schwierig begehbar und fahren durch armen Gegend. Aber die Büse aus Karaköy halten direkt vor dem Parkhaus des Hotels an.

أقمت بأماكن كثير ب اسطنبول لم اجد مثل هذا الفندق من راحه ومرافق واطلاله وخدمة وتعامل استثنائي كل يوم كان يحتفلوا فينا صادف عيد زواجي فلقيتهم حاطين هدايا وكيك لمن قلتلهم ثاني يوم بدون ما اخبرهم عرفوا من جواز السفر انه عيد ميلادي فلقيتهم محتفلين ومظبطين الغرفه إطلاله خطيره موقع جميل جدا اتعب وانا أوصف الفندق والطاقم ما قيد شفت مثله بفنادق تركيا بعدين فيه موظف اسمه Birihan كان يظبط الغرفه ويدلعني بكيك وبلالين…. ياخي اسعدتتني وانا ما قابلتك شكرا من القلب والموظفه ملاكً في خدمة النزلاء شكرا فعلا تجربه استثنائيه

الفطور جميل ومرتب فقط يحتاج زيادة في تنوع الاكل ، ومطعم الفندق يحتاج زيادة في توفير انواع اكثر من الطعام .

Ms. Malak from Guest Relations took us all the way to our room and explained what is complementary and what is chargeable in the room. It was the first hotel to do this in my life which I had so much respect for. Ms Hana used to ask us everyday on breakfast if we needed anything extra in our room. Also she guided us for the best shopping areas around the city. The whole staff in hotel were giving an exceptional service. I think it is the only hotel in my life which I felt like I need to visit it again

Weak water pressure in bathroom and the water would leak outside the shower box and no ventilation in the bathroom.

We were looking for a hotel in a quiet part of town with good access to the airport and city centre. The hotel exactly met our expectations. The presentation on the internet corresponds to reality. The hotel staff started communicating two days before arrival and solved the issues of airport transfer and room amenities. This is a welcome extra today. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard in size and amenities. The rooms were tidy and clean on arrival. The minibar is adequately stocked. The air conditioning works without any problems. Atrium-facing rooms have limited daylight. On hot days this is an advantage. However, guests should be made aware of this. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes. The hotel restaurant is a good choice for dinner. The hotel offers a taxi from/to the airport for €80. A standard taxi can be obtained from €30. The higher price corresponds to the quality and level of service. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus several times a day to various places. We took advantage of this and did not regret it. For getting to the city centre I would recommend considering the local bus or the ferries that leave from the nearby port.

We enjoyed our stay and have no major concerns. There is always room for improvement

NIce rooms and hotel as a whole, friendly staff. Location is not in the very center so it is not very crowded. Nice water view.

Please add hot chilli pepper in the breakfast. If you are a new driver and rent a car it may be hard to navigate due to the fact that the hotel is located on a hill.

Wonderful hotel, one of the very best I've ever stayed in!! Highly recommend! The service was incredible, the staff was so nice and particularly Melek made our stay unforgettable! Also the food at the restaurant was so tasty! Absolutely loved our stay there!

We stayed at the hotel as a family. Staff, including Ms. Manolya, Tolga, were very friendly and they tried to entertain my daughter.

The location is a bit far from the central area. So we needed to ride on a bus to get back to the property.
