The only good thing was the location

The floors weren't clean

Just the location

Almost everything except the location. dirty bathroom, dirty bed, no staff. They don't give you towels for the pool. and they only provide 2 towels for bathing. the air conditioning doesn't work very well.

Well, It is a very old property and the pictures don't reflect the conditions of the facilities. The view from the balcony was good and seeing the tturtles entering the beach every night was a nice experience. However, you can see them from any were in Cancun, and you don't need to stay at this Ugly and Dirty Apartment Building!

First, we were not given the unit we selected and paid. it was extremely dirty and old. The toilet smells like old pee and the seat was broken. All cabinets were falling apart. The bedsheets were old and stained. Also, the towels were old and smelled very bad. There roaches in the room. The air condition unit was dripping water in the room. The kitchen utensils were all and disgusting. We spent the night and the following morning I looked for my reservation because I was sure that I did not pick that room and I called Monserrat (lady who gave me the unit the day before) over 15 times. She never answered me, so I went down and I found Lucy her assistant. She contacted Monserrat and agreed to left us move to the other unit. which was a little better. However, it was not even close to the advertising pictures from the website. The remote controls for the TV and air conditioning did not have batteries. We left the control open, but they never provided new batteries. They don't provide us with toilet paper or any toilet treats. There were not light bulbs in the bathroom and the smell was disgusting. The balcony class door was very old and we felt anyone could open it because the balconies are only separate by small wall that anyone can jump them, Also, the front door didn't feel very secure either. Dirty and unsafe place. The onside restaurant is not even recommended, but services, drinks and food. No hot water in the bathroom. Manager by two ladies that don't clean the units and they look very friendly but they are not. It was very expensive stay for very rundown apartment building at the end of the hotel zone where you have to take a bus to find a restaurant because there are not restaurants near the apartment. The beach was nice, but we couldn't go in because there were very high waves every day we were there. A waste of time and money. Don't stay there, you can find better places in Cancun. Run, run from that old and dirty building!!!!

Amazing view! Great pool, big refrigerator and mini-kitchen.

Room not cleaned properly: I found big tuft of hair in the shower. Also, very steep steps

They were amazing! The room was super confortable with AC and it had everything we needed, plus the view from our balcony was beautiful (see photos). The access to the beach was super easy, they have a pool and a bar by the pool too. The lady who welcomed us was super friendly and answered all of our questions & helped us when our flight was canceled. Honestly we loved it there and we probably will come back!

The only thing I didn’t really like was the room cleaning every two days, for sand reasons. Other than that, it was great!

Good location, nice pool

Air conditioning was not working (it got really stuffy to sleep at night). We were promised somebody from maintance will come, nobody did.

What I liked that there was a grocery store and a laundry mat to clean your clothes and also the security the complex

First the water was very cold in the pool it wasn't heated second very boring complex no activities nothing third the maid didn't want to show up we have to tell her once for her to come and clean and then the second one I got a call saying that we refuse to have her in our condo but we didn't we told her to come every second day

Location, location. I have stayed in several units of Cancun Plaza before. The apartments face the ocean and they are walking distance to Punta Nizuc, my favorite beach in Cancun.

The whole apartment complex is old and in great need of an update. Some little things could help without spending much (a coat of painting in the apartment, new curtains, new bathroom door, more kitchen utensils, etc). Despite these shortcomings, I was very pleased with my stay. The balcony had a million buck view, the owner was responsive to emails. If you are in a budget, but still would like to enjoy a Cancun oceam front view, Cancun Plaza is your best choice.
