Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Balkon liegt zum Innenhof und ist für zwei Personen perfekt. Das Zimmer liegt etwas außerhalb, aber zu Fuß ist eigentlich alles gut erreichbar.
Ganz ganz kleine Kritik, aber wohl eher ein Optimierungsvorschlag: Hatte späten check-in, was problemlos möglich ist. Hätte mir aber eine Flasche Wasser gewünscht, da es mir nach dem Flug nicht möglich war, etwas zu trinken zu kaufen. Auch wäre es superperfekt, wenn neben Salz und Pfeffer zum Würzen ein wenig Öl zum Kochen und weitere Gewürze vorhanden wären. Ist aber Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau...

La ubicación es muy buena a 15 min del centro andando, el apartamento es muy amplio, todo está muy limpio, dispone de cocina y electrodomésticos, el apartamento es muy calentito, esos días hacia muchísimo frío y nieve y dentro se estaba de lujo. Es un apartamento de los mejores que he visto, muy impresionado por la limpieza y lo bien que está todo.
Hay una alarma instalada, que no se porque razón se accionó durante la noche y el susto fue tremendo. Por lo demás genial.

I like all, perfect location, perfect apartment and very big bed.

El apartamento es muy espacioso y bien distribuido. Perfecto para dos personas. Tenía además un sofá cama grande que sirve para una tercera persona o dos niños. Está muy bien ubicado, en una zona residencial tranquila a diez minutos del centro histórico y con servicios de todo tipo (restaurantes, tiendas) en las calles del entorno. Este apartamento tenía una barra en la cocina para dos o tres personas, sin mesa de comedor, que no echamos en falta. También dispone de wifi gratuito y televisión en el salón-cocina
Los edredones son un poco cortos en longitud y anchura. Las escaleras de acceso algo estrechas y con mucha pendiente.

Great location, very well equipped, clean, the traffic outside doesn't disturb.

The host was really friendly, the location is also very safe. All the kitchenware is sharpened, present.
There’s no safe to put your valuable items in. The shower is pretty small and has no safety lock for hot water.

lovely spacious studio apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. everything you need there and the shower was possible the hottest, most powerful shower I’ve ever had!
great location, 10-15 min walk to the old town and also lots of bars and restaurants very close to the apartment on the surrounding streets.
check in and out was very simple and the hosts were easily contactable and checked in to see how we were getting on.
we couldn’t turn down the heating so had to sleep with a window open - saying that the apartment was cosy when it was -10 outside.

Located in best Riga's neighborhood (and most expensive too). Although there are many bars around the building is very quiet.
The apartment is in a building with other residential apartments. That means if the people above you are in the mood of cleaning or moving stuff at midnight there is nothing you can do because they are not customers, they are permanent residents. The reception is also occupied only some hours per day, not 24/7 although even if it were, there would be not much they could do about it.

Lovely apartment a walking distance from the city centre. Nice and clean. Everything you need to have for a weekend escape to explore the city.

Very good quiet location near the centre, shops and restaurants
No lift - only from point of view of taking heavy cases up and down but Ilse helped.

This place was like a gift! It exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about it. It was nicely decorated, very practical, spotless. It has everything you needed for a comfy stay. The bed was great, the bathroom was super well-equipped. The staff were SUPER friendly, helpful and nice. I cannot recommend this place enough. It made our stay in Riga 10x better. Thank you!

The apartment is well equipped and very clean. They are dog friendly for a small fee. It’s in a great location to explore Riga. we would definitely stay there again.
