Very nice studio. For two person big enough. Very clean. Completely equiped kitchen. First line to the see. Beautiful Villa. Nice people.

I missed private terace and a see view.

Az épület könnyen megtalálható, a parkolóhely már kevésbé, a kb. 30 méterrel távolabbra (délebbre) lévő Hotel Bristol parkolóján keresztül lehet a ház mögötti helyre beállni. A klimatizált szállás ízlésesen berendezett, minden nagyon tiszta, az ágynemű jó illatú is, az ágy kényelmes, a mini konyha teljesen felszerelt, a tulajdonos minden kis részletre figyel. Két éjszakát töltöttünk itt és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A studio apartman a földszinten van és a kertre és az útra néz, a nagy leanderbokrok miatt kicsit sötét, az utcazaj alig hallható. A ház mögött kis kiülő van nyugágyakkal. A tenger kb. 30 méterre van és sok helyen le lehet menni a vízhez. Opatija/Abbázia 6 km-re van, a sétányon gyalog is pár óra alatt oda lehet érni, a látvány végig csodálatos. A szállás közelében sok jó étterem, egy pékség és több kávézó és bár is található.

Ugodni i ljubazni domaćini, jako uredan i čist apartman. Pristupačnost plaža i ostalih sadržaja.

Świetna lokalizacja (bliskość morza i centrum miata). Wyposażenie apartamentu zasługuje na szczególne uznanie. Docenić należy czystość oraz dodatkowe udogodnienia. Zaangażowanie personelu jest wielkim atutem. Gorąco polecam

Nie było takiego obszaru. Cała oferta zasługuje na najwyższe noty - myślę, że przewyższy oczekiwania bardzo wymagających turystów!

Location, beautiful villa, near center, near beach

Beautiful old villa with modern amenities. Right at the sea! We only stayed for one night in a small studio but it had everything you needed for one night! Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful owner.

Very well equipped, cosy little flat with attention to every detail. Toiletries beyond the standard scope (((Our host's attention to provide e.g. for sanitary pads, which could make a big difference should you need some, but happened to left them home, was especially appreciated.))) Exceptional location, environment and atmosphere, with the lush gardens surrounding the villa providing a natural screen. Little terrace for private use with sea view. Easy access to the sea (five-minute ramble from your doorstep down the garden) . Safe parking. Given its size, the flat is ideal for couples or families with little children. For a family of four with grown-up kids we were lacking some space, ( we had chosen Villa Gianna, being aware that we would, ) but thanks to the smart, well-organized interior it was no big issue for a two-day stay, and in any case, the little inconvenience was far exceeded by the said advantages and total charm of the place. Very friendly, attentive and helpful host. Thank you, Dolores, we had a wonderful time!
