Mitten in Rethymnon gelegen und trotzdem nachts recht ruhig, alles Wichtige wie Strand, Läden, Burg, Hafen, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Katerina ist super nett, sie hilft mit allem, antwortet sofort, wenn es eine Frage gibt, vermittelt, Mietwagen, Taxi und hat für jede Ecke Kretas Ausflugstipps parat. Wir hatten eine Wohnung nach hinten raus mit Waschmaschine, einem gemütlichen Balkon und viel Platz. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Nettes Zimmer in perfekter Lage mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf die Altstadt und die Berge.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die immer sofortige Reaktion und liebevolle Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin Katerina, die uns bei vielen unserer Fragen und Wünsche unterstützt hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!
Unsere Anregung die Wohnung mit Moskitonetzen noch etwas aufzuwerten, wurde gerne angenommen.

La literie, la propreté du logement
Nous avions réservé un logement avec un balcon, au final un studio sous les toits sans aucun balcon.Par ailleurs il y avait une cuisine avec les ustensiles 4 mais pas de plaques de cuisson, il a fallu en demander, on nous apporte deux plaques ,dont une ne fonctionnait pas!.Selon la gérante on ne fait pas de cuisine pour 3 nuits !: qui décide si on cuisine ou pas? . Par ailleurs , il n'y avait pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain, là encore il a fallu demander. De plus la salle d’eau se transforme très vite en pataugeoire. Enfin pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ,il y a trois étages sans ascenseur avec des escaliers très raides,ce n’est pas non plus indiqué

Close to center and close to the beach. There's a plenty of restaurants, shop and whatever you need near. There's a free parking in 7 min walking. You have to ask the owner where.

We were warmly welcomed by Katrina and assisted with luggage as there are stairs. The apartment was large and airy with very good windows and doors for soundproofing. The view of the Venetian port was amazing from our apt at the front. A great place for breakfast and evening drinks.

Everything was well for me and I had a very nice time. Sea on the one side, the town at the other side of the building. The host is looking at things through the eyes of the customer and wants you to have a good experience. for me it was a straight 10.

A beautiful room with lots of light, and a cute balcony with a beautiful view over the seafront. Everything was extremely clean, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here

Host met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very spacious with large outdoor terrace. It had fabulous views of rethymno harbour and beach. There was no noise at night even though it is located in a busy area. Washing machine is useful and bathroom is clean and new.
A couple of beers and water in the fridge were appreciated. Tea/ coffee would have been nice, also some toiletries….

Our host was very kind and hospitable. Our room Iliara (?) was on the third floor after following some steep flight of stairs (not an issue for us as we needed to burn off the many souvlakis we ate whilst in Greece) and came with a small balcony with beautiful views of the sea. The facilities were very basic but functional. The property is located in a busy road full of restaurants and bars so no shortage of places to eat & drink at.
The central location of this property and the fact that it is in a very busy road with some vibrant bars meant that late night noise was unavoidable, esp as it can go in until upto 2AM. Recommended if you’re a partygoer who requires a room close by to return to easily after a good night out but not for those light sleepers. We fed this back to the host when leaving too.

Location is great, nice and comfortable room, friendly and flexible owner. Nice city view from balcony. We really appriciated the fridge and electric kettle, also small foldable armchair was great for our baby’s portable bed.
You just have to have in mind if you have a lot of heavy luggage thats its on 3rd floor with no lift and quite narow stairs.

Accomodation is very well situated between old town and beach. Good Wifi and comfortable bed. Owner was helpful, gave some good tips, what to see in Rethymno and was able to solve the problems. Air conditioning was effective. Kitchen with basic equipment and fridge. Room was nice decorated with new furniture. Balcony.
A lot of steep narrow stairs, accomodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or with heavy baggage (you have to carry your baggage to your room). Some confusement at check in - there are photos from three very different appartments (some with balcony, some without, some with sea view from balcony) at the description of the appartment we booked. Very small bathroom.

Everything you need is in the room and irene is most definitely the most helpful host ive ever come across she will go above and beyond to help anyone if it wasn't for her helping me get some new glasses that I lost at sea I would not of been able to continue my holiday so thank you 😊

Everything was perfect, the location, the host. It is very well located, close to the sea and in the same time close to the main streets of the old town. Katherina was very helpfull and nice. The room was big, clean and the bed very confortabile.

Place was fantastic, clean, well equipped, very cozy, there was great terrace with fantastic view to the beach. Owner Katerina was very nice and helpful, actually we got better room just because it was free at the time without any costs. Apartments are in the center of town so it was close to nice restaurants, to old town and you could just go out and go to have some rest on beautiful beach within like 50 meters :). It was amazing to stay there and when I'm back at Retimno this will be my first choice
