Location was great. a big apartment Near the bus station and the tram stops There were near by markets and bakeries. It was very clean. A welcome place after traveling from NYC.

There was nothing not to like We were tired from the long trip and it was cold outside and snow on the streets.

Bei der Ankunft haben wir Abwasser-Geruch im Bad feststellen müssen. Der Vermieter wurde darüber informiert und hat sich übberrascht geäußert. Außerdem haben wir festgestellt, dass die Abluftanlage im innen liegenden Bad niemals funktionierte. Der Vermieter wollte etwas unternehmen, offensichtlich ohne Erfolg, oder es war nur ein Lippenbekenntnis. Das Problem wurde jedenfalls nicht beseitigt.

Excellent central location in town. Many shops nearby, shortcut passage through buildings to quickly reach Grietgasse on foot despite the impression of a dead end. In addition the train station is very close, very good for trips to nearby cities like Weimar for example.

The main difficulty is parking. The information provided by the real estate agency is not updated according to the actual situation in the city, for example major and long works blocking access to a car park, incorrectly informed timetables and prices for other car parks. It is necessary to regularly update your information transmitted to your customers. Another contentious point: the terrace is not a real terrace, it is quite simply the internal courtyard of the building, which is more crowded with cars! Thank you for the pollution caused by the exhaust gases.
