very near the centre and university, the room was massive and very clean. very confortable. I did nto use the restaurant but very conbinient to have it just by the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

It was very noisy outside but this is just because they are doing some buinding work on the road so it isn obodys fault. There was no kettle which is a shame. i also found a but extrange that when i asked for taxis they said it was hard to get one so i had to walk but it coudl be that Jena is not a city with many taxis.

The staff at the reception were helpful most of the time, and they tried speaking English which is a bonus point in such a local hotel. But besides that no other employee spoke English, i had to communicate with signs with the cleaning people when toilet paper was out. The room was clean in general. Parking options are limited but possible, short parking time for drop off is very useful.

Breakfast was terrible! for such a category hotel i was expecting much better selection and quality of the food. Everything was cold and a very low variety of options, plus they were finished very quickly and not refilled. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive hotel and breakfast. I enjoy breakfast at hotels and they tend to be very expensive, but considering the location of the hotel, my money will be better paid if i go to a local coffee shop instead.

Not so comfortable bed. Unfortunately weather was not very hot, but in summer it might be difficult in room without AC and close to busy crossroads.
