Breakfast buffet had several options and I was quite happy 😊
While the single room is small, it had everything I needed for an overnight stay
Bed wasn't the most comfortable but varies from person to person.
Bathroom/shower a bit dated and shows from usage but I'm not that picky either 😂

Staff were friendly.
Free dinner is offered for the guests from Monday to Thursday.
The room was small but enough.
Staff doesn't speak another language than German, but it was not an issue for us, since I can speak some German.
Although the cleaning was done before we entered the room, there was some hair inside the bed.

The hotel is super simple, but very clean. The shower is great. Breakfast is great and the dinner offered during week days is also pretty good. I had a very good experience there.
Unfortunately the only problem is that is far from everything in the city. But they do offer daily ticket for public transportation from the check in day to check out day.

Great value hotel. I was surprised by the variety of the (buffet style) dinner. Felt like having dinner in a German home every night. The staff accommodated my special request on check in and check out - very helpful. This is a hidden gem in Jena

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Easy to find. Ample free parking. Very pleasantly impressed with everything.

This hotel room supposed to be our sleep stop after 12 hour-long car travel. During booking process we informed hotel that we will be around 11 PM and were told that keys will be waiting for us and hotel room will be ready. We even called hotel 7 hours before arrival to triple check if everything is fine and asked for details how to get keys as reception will be closed. When we arrived we found room dirty. Precisely speaking; full trash bin, not cleaned bathroom but as well as used bed sheets by previous visitors. I cannot think if there is something worse which can happen to you in hotel during COVID time.

Staff is very helpful, on the day I checked out I had to leave 6 am. , the staff arranged breakfast to go for me . Wonderful!!!!
At the time I made a booking, I don't know that the hotel will give a free voucher for public transportation during my stay which saved me . The hotel should inform free public transportation which I believe will attract visitors.
