The home accommodated our extended family for a wedding weekend filled with new memories. The large yard with ping-pong and hot tub provided something to do for everyone. When the weather soured, the ample public spaces with pool table and fooseball kept everyone entertained. The kitchen’s large selection of cookware and storage easily accommodated take-out meals and those made at home.

We were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 one year old staying together for a family event. The house was perfect. Our grandchildren loved the kids' suites, especially the "princess room" as my granddaughter named it. The backyard was great for the kids, soccer nets, swings and slides, and a firepit which we used (with mesh cover). The house was clean, well supplied, lots of towels for everyone, lots of showers, great kitchen, etc. Beautiful home with lots of personal items from the owners, so it needs to be respected and taken care of by anyone who uses the house. A real gem!

We stayed with friends & families, kids ages 1-10. There were plenty bedrooms for everyone and it's difficult to find a place with so much space close to Boston. The property was in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking that held our 4 vehicles, so 5-star location. The bedrooms & bathrooms were top notch, and the beds themselves were comfortable. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained - ample space and toys in the play room, an outdoor area that had a full playset and soccer goals, foosball table inside, etc. The house is not baby-proofed (e.g. the electrical outlets aren't covered, no child-proof latches on cabinets). There is some artwork in the house with nudity and sexual promiscuity. Upon arrival we smelled gas. We called the property manager, who answered immediately, and explained that the smell could be due to the AC being run for the first time after a period of being idle. We aired out the house, which helped, but we went nose-blind to the smell and it seemed to come back each time the AC was turned on. Our fault for not calling the property manager back, as she did offer to send someone out to investigate if airing out the house didn't work. We were locked out of the AC at midnight the day of departure, which made for a warm evening & morning. We saw a mouse outside day of arrival and inside as we left. Refrigerator water & ice maker didn't work. Gas stove lit sporadically. Expired food in the cabinets. Kitchenware needed cleaning (e.g. tea pot).

We were disappointed by some of our experience...there is definitely a mouse - we saw it several times. Ice maker doesn't work and there was no ice supplied for our arrival. Large built in coffee maker in the kitchen doesn't work and leaked water. No washcloths or hand towels - only bath towels. Very little glassware for everyday beyond an army of miniature wine glasses. The dishwasher was Full upon arrival. Cobwebs. Backyard was quite messy including dirty lawn furniture. Playroom was fun for the kids but there were a lot of broken toys. The space worked for our family but I wouldn't rent it again.

We had 9 in our family party and the mother-in-law suite was perfect for my elderly parents and aunt so they did not have to walk up the tall staircase to the upstairs rooms. Plenty of bathrooms so everyone had their own space. We hosted a dinner one evening for local family and friends and the dining and living spaces were accommodating for that too. It rained so we did not use the back yard but would have been a nice place to eat outside. We are a family that cooks together and tend to be super organized, we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. Veronika an accommodating host and responsive. We would stay here again.

Lots of space for a large family gathering. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely neighborhood. Grocery and other shops close and a short drive into the city center.

Let me start by saying that the house is beautiful and all of the beds are comfy. We came to town for the marathon, the house is about a 2 mile walk from the bottom of Heartbreak Hill which was perfect. It’s also a 1 mile walk to the subway station which meant getting in and out of Boston was simple. The house itself is lovely and it has all of the amenities one could ask for. The house manager was very easy to get a hold of and she was very responsive to our concerns. The problem was our concerns. The children’s suite that my daughter was staying in was unbearably hot. For whatever reason the air in that room did not work and it was stifling to say the least. I contacted the property manager and she was able to get someone out to fix the AC fairly quickly but it’s still not something that I really wanted to deal with on my vacation. The other problem was the mouse in the house. I saw it, my friends all saw it, I could not get a picture of it, but there is a mouse in the house. Considering the amount of money that I spent on the rental, I’m not really thrilled about the fact that the house has mice . Mice are not something that happen overnight so this problem predated our visit.

The extended family and I had a wonderful holiday gathering here! Plenty of space both indoors and out! The children enjoyed the playroom and the outdoor playscapes. Even the adults were able to get in on the outdoors fun in the hot tub. Thank you for opening your home, this is the third time our family has rented from you, it won’t be the last.

while there were some small issues with the property, overall, we had a good time. We had stayed at the property in 2018 but now it feels like it could do with some TLC on the maintenance side. The outdoor area is spectacular as is the entertainment area inside.

Property was nice and clean with plenty of space. We had 10 adults in town for a concert at Gillette Stadium. Would recommend the property for anyone wanting space in a good location outside downtown but easy to get to! Veronika was easy to work with and always responded quickly to questions.

We rented this house for a guys trip for my husband’s 50th Birthday, and it was perfect. The house was huge and had everything they needed.

This house has 6 bedrooms, including two kids bedrooms with all of the toys and dress up clothes and books you could ever want. The back yard has a playground feel and there is so much for kids to do out there our family called it “the park”! The bedrooms felt comfortable and clean. The main part of the house and the front exterior of the house could use a deep cleaning but the other family amenities made up for any other deficiencies. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This has been the greatest experience. My family and friends enjoyed the quality time and the staying. We will definitely have this place in mind to come back. My now, husband and I are very thankful for everything! Had an amazing Wedding weekend!

We stayed during our daughter's graduation, and it worked so well for our extended family. Would definitely recommend! Just wish that a T stop had been a bit closer.

This property was the perfect setting to create awesome memories with our friends and family. Our group had a lot of children (three 3-year-olds, two 1-year-olds), and this home was fantastic for them. There are plenty of long open spaces for the kids to chase each other, plenty of bathrooms to change diapers, and decor that wasn't overly fragile or dangerous. The kitchen was SUPER well stocked; we really enjoyed cooking in it. When we forgot to bring some ingredients (vegetable oil, soy sauce, etc) - there was already plenty available. The only thing lacking for us was plastic cups / dishes for kids. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and social rooms - all of them clean and well maintained. The kids ESPECIALLY loved playing in a room that was stocked with toys and costumes. And of course, one of our favorite amenities was the hot tub. It's new, easy to use, and super relaxing. Thanks for a great stay - we'd love to come back!

I need to preface this review by pointing out a serious safety issue with the gas cooktop in the kitchen, namely that the front three burners do not stay reliably lit after lighting. I discovered this after lighting one of the front burners, placing a pot on it, and then smelling gas a minute or two later after it had gone out without my knowing it. I then experimented with all six burners and found that the three front ones would not stay reliably lit after ignition no matter what burner setting I selected (the three back burners did not seem to have this problem). This could potentially lead to a life threatening buildup of gas if someone lit one of the front burners then left the kitchen thinking it was going to stay lit when it extinguished instead. I notified the property manager of this problem and would expect that she will annotate this review when the cooktop hopefully gets fixed. Other than that, this house was fantastic! Very spacious and comfortable for our party of eight adults and three teenagers. The homeowners were very gracious in opening up the seventh bedroom for us (initially we were told that only six of the seven were available for our use since they were storing some musical equipment in the seventh). There were a couple of minor initial glitches during our stay, but our very responsive host, Veronika, got them quickly corrected. One thing that caught us a little off guard is that bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the bathrooms. Not sure if that's due to Covid or not, but my experience renting other houses is that those items are usually provided. We really appreciated the spacious and well stocked kitchen, the expansive dining and living rooms, the verdant backyard, and particularly the pool table and spa which were big hits with the kids. The bedroom that my wife and I slept in had an extremely comfortable bed and I got positive comments from the others regarding their beds as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would certainly look to stay here again when visiting the Boston area.

We rented this property for our son’s and our niece’s graduation from Boston College. We had 13 adults staying here and there was plenty of room. We entertained 2 parties ( one for each graduate). The open concept was perfect and we never felt crowded. The yard was great for hanging out and The hot tub was awesome. Crystal clear clean and so relaxing. Don’t worry about bringing pans or serving platters or anything else. This is the best appointed rental I have ever seen. High end serving platters and dishware and utensils etc. This house had everything we needed.could not have expected a better experience. Veronika was our contact and filled every request we made.

This is a great house for a large group! Tons of living space to go with all the bedrooms. Some confusion in the Checkin process, but it was all quickly handled by the property manager. Would definitely rent this house again.

Average. Property was very dated, Yard was a mess. The add states In-Law Suite which assumes an additional bedroom. This is not the case. Neighbors complained about us being a VRBO, apparently not approved in that neighborhood.

We were a group of 5 couples starting out east coast tour with a few days in Boston. House was just as advertised. We had a few minor issues and owner was very quick to respond. Nice neighborhood. Easy to move around with Uber and subway/trains. I would stay again .

We were a ground of 14 women who rented this house for a week for a soccer tournament. We travel together quite frequently and have rented several houses all over the US. This place was perfect for our large group and is one of the best we have rented! There are plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, enough for all of us. The linens are nice and the bedrooms are quite roomy. There are enough bathrooms to accommodate us and we never had to wait around for showers etc. The kitchen is large with modern appliances and is well stocked. The living room are is perfect for a big group to socialize. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to shopping and the Metro. The driveway is big enough to easily accommodate four cars. Veronika was a gracious host, friendly and thoughtful. She responded to our texts immediately and answered any questions we had thoroughly and in a timely manner. The maintenance person was also quick to reply and immediately fixed a minor problem we encountered. Overall we had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house.
