Výborná lokalita, parkování v ceně, čistota, trochu nepohodlná matrace, ale ns přespání dostačující.
Check-out domluven na půl 10 a už v 9:20 nás vyháněla paní uklízečka, že se má pokoj opouštět v 9.

The facility was clean ,secure and under 24 x 7 security. Overall we loved that the property is equipped with all what you'll need for your stay including the parking.
We absolutely loved it.
May be slightly small for 4 adults.

Nice, clean apartment with parking space right next to the building. Friendly stuff. A nice view from the apartment. Equipment in the kitchen is really basic.

The apartment was clean and spacious with big windows. The kitchen (with dining table) and bathroom were well equipped (utensils, kettle, toast maker, fridge; hair dryer, towels, washing mashine, soap, toilet paper). The apartment has a free parking place outside, so it's great for those arriving by car. You can also park at the parking garage inside the building but it costs money. The apartment also has a little garden/patio, which was a great surprise. The beds were comfortable, and there was also wifi in the apartment. The host was punctual throughout our check-in.
The apartment is ideal for families visiting Prague for more than a few days, however, if you are only traveling to Prague for 1 or 2 days I would recommend staying closer to the city centre. But if you like a quieter, calmer accommodation for your stay, this is the place. The communication with the host through text/messages was a bit slow, but it was better when calling, so I recommend calling the host instead of messaging them through the app.

Great apartment. It has everything you need.
Conveniently, a parking space is provided in the underground garage.
We were met at check-in, and the check-out was independent.
The tram stop to go to the Old Town located right in front of the house.
It would be more convenient for me if an independent check-in will be organized.

The apartment was on the first floor, had a balcony, it was very quiet, clean and warm. It had all the necessary items for my stay and the hosts were excellent.

The gentlemen who welcomed us was extremely punctual and kind. We had an excellent communication from the time of our booking until the time we due to check out. The property was equipped with everything you need and in very good location. There were some signs of wear and tear and broken things but it is completely previous guests fault and we do understand that sometimes the owners just give up to repair or buy new stuff for people who don’t care.
The only downside for us was the cleaning. It wasn’t clean with a standard we expected. When we arrived the sofa was unfolded and ready for sleeping but it wasn’t very comfy so after the first night we decided to use the extra folding single beds provided instead. After folding the sofa back we found dirty socks, popcorn, dust and dirt under it. The kitchen and bathroom were kind of wiped but not cleaned as I think it has to be. The last day we we’re running about 10-15 min late to check out and the cleaning lady knocked on the door looking at us angrily. She didn’t say anything, we do understand she is not speaking English and show her the bags and said her that we are just leaving in 2-3 min, the last bags where in our hands and we needed to put our shoes on. She just turned her eyes on a 180 degrees and literally her body language said that we are rubbish. This wasn’t nice. They need to learn some customer service as well. We do understand not everyone needs to speak our language but would be great if they can learn to mind what their face says too. We do apologise for the 15 min delay to check out.

The flat was cleaned inaccurately,
there were leaves, mud and cigarette butts on the balcony.
The bathroom was only refreshed.
Dishwasher tablets were missing.
The price was inadequate for the quality.
