the girl on reception was so lovely & friendly she helped us with all our questions & even brought us a birthday cake to our room & sang to us!

We arrived here after booking the room with a view for the Sigiriya rock and discovered the view doesn't actually exist (the rock is hidden by trees). The room was also very different from what was advertised and not clean at all (spider webs around and a gecko walking around). We asked to change rooms because of this and were pleased when staff did it. The new room was better, but still not clean. The place is only accessible by tuktuk or car, so we ended up having dinner twice at the hotel but got disappointed. We asked from some grilled prawns the second time which looked like had been frozen for ages.

This place is so lovely, we had 2 nights there and we really recommend it. And the staff was wonderful!! They where so Nice and helpful above all expectations

The people, the ambience, food cleanliness, very good behaviour of the staff, excellent location and everything. I have already expressed my satisfaction to all my friends all over the world.

If they can keep good quality of Hard drinks like Chivas Regal, Johnnie Walker or compatible.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! ms Pramodya and the other ladies were out of this world! the kindest most helpful staff I came across during my stay in Sri Lanka ! They helped me with everything on my first day in Sri Lanka and even helped arranging transportation. huge thank you to these wonderful ladies !

it was a bit off track from the main road of the town but it is a perfect location if you want some time away from the noise to enjoy nature and calmness

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a pool view room and we received exceptional service from all of the staff. The chef personally came and spoke to us about all of our meal requests and delivered exceptional food. We enjoyed the best massages we have ever had for 50% off, we had help arranging a hike of the famous Lion's rock and help arranging our onward transport. The owner also came to chat to us to make sure everything was to our liking and they could not do enough for us.

The pools were excellent the food was extremely good the staff are very attentive even the chef came out to the dinning area and spoke with us. We had our evening meal outside by the pool it was fantastic. The owner of the hotel came and chatted to all the guests which was nice. The rooms are exceptionally big and comfortable the hotel is very new and modern but comes with character and style also a very friendly and warm atmosphere. I would highly recommend it I am sure you would not be disappointed.

Staff

Everything was just perfect! Beacuse of the covid we were almost alone in the whole hotel and stuff cared about us so much. The chef, the young ladies in the reception area. Delicious food, big portions, clean, big room, good wifi. And they even had good european coffee, which is a rare thing in Sri Lanka. At the night you can hear the noises pf the jungle. Absolutely recommand this place!

Good breakfast is included in the room rate. Also, other dishes from the restaurant are quite good and the price is reasonable. The hotel, in general, is nice with all the needed stuff provided.

The rooms were big. The food served at the hotel was great, the chef was by so far the best of the hotel. The pool was great.

My mother fell due to low maintenance of the pavement, and they didn't react at all: they wouldn't offer assistance nor cleaning her clothes (that were all black due to the floor being dirty). Also, the wifi was not working properly and we requested twice to be fixed but they did nothing about it.

It is a modern hotel but had no cozy atmosphere. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. The food is superb, with spice levels to your liking! The pool is an ideal size for cooling off after a hot day sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the free bicycles which enabled exploration of the surrounding countryside.
