Great beach and sea, very large and spacious pool and large number of lounges. Very helpful staff. Very close to Ephesus Ancient City and a decent car ride to Sirince village. A lot of services like rent-a-car are available inside the hotel.

Wifi reception is extremely limited and non-existent in many locations and the speed is also questionable. The access to wifi is also tied to passport details which is not safe in general. Additionally I would personally prefer a regular wifi password instead of web browser authentication because I couldn't use some of my smart devices that cannot open a browser session to login to the server. Food variety is extensive but the taste is alright. The beachfront had wind everyday at certain times and it looks like it is a natural phenomenon at the bay.

The entertainment staff were very good and hard working. Lots of activities for children. Staff very attentive.

Would like more focus on Turkish cuisine which when offered was delicious. Would like natural fruit juices offered as opposed to artifical juices.

Food was terrible got.food.poisoned , 3 out 4 of us were sick 4 out of 6 days . Mentioned it to management but did nothing. Offered ala carte menu but never sent it. Flies all the time in restaurant too. Not enough chairs on beach Women in kids club were contrary towards the end Entertainment was too late with kids disco starting 9pm, one of the entertainers complained about one of the customers which i found unprofessional

Everything was very clean and tidy, some very nice staff members across reception, F&B and the life guard teams who made our stay special, the location was great right next to a beautiful beach, amazing experience for the kids and handy for us parents to have everything needed nearby.

The food was not that good, but realistically, it's logical that you can't cook extremely tasty food for so many guests at once. It was a bit expensive all in all, we went out to the city for dinner most nights, because we found that a nicer experience and better food.

Pro: Very clean. Big property, you could easily find places at the pool or at the lunch tables. Very good animation, during the day or night. Kids disco every night. Pool activities during the day. Good variety of food and drinks. Every day different specialities. General quality of food and desserts was above average (much better than other similar hotels). A lot of parking places. Guarded parking. Even some places with sun shade.

Con: The bars are crowded. Especially the pool bar. Insufficient personell at the bars. I would recommend increasing the number of pool bar personnel. Door insulation at the rooms is insufficient. Too much noise from the hallways. Lots of noise coming from the door. The wall insulation was good. Cleaning ladies making noise EVERYDAY, especially during 13,00-15,00 interval. Children couldn't sleep after lunch, because of the noise. The cleaning ladies were even shouting at eachother from different sides of the hallway.

This is an exceptional family resort and, given the attractive rates, it is an extraordinarily good value. The amenities for children are really the reason to pick this resort over others. The children's aquapark and playground were incredible and our six-year-old enjoyed them immensely. I would never select a resort solely for the entertainment, but the 'animations' (as Europeans call them) were really top notch. They had various professional dance troupes perform in the evening when we were there, as well as a fire show performance group that was simply stunning. Every night there is also a special half-hour dance show called the mini-disco in which all of the kids get on stage and practice dance moves with instructors to kids' songs. All of these elements of the resort exceeded our expectations. The food was also very good overall, though in some cases not quite five-star restaurant quality. There were always tasty options, however. The best food was often available on the grill outside--Turkish kebab meats, fried fish, special desserts, etc. The menu rotated each night, but many items were the same day to day. The good thing was that, for picky-eater children, there were always more basic menu items like french fries or hamburgers available. The bread selections were also incredible. It took us awhile to realize how delicious the breakfast croissants were, but we were soon getting them every day.

The place was pretty crowded when we were there, but they had plenty of staff to handle everyone. Luckily, we didn't really care about sitting around the pool all day and so we didn't try to reserve a spot early in the day and hold it, which is what a lot of guests seemed to be doing. Instead, we changed our activities frequently throughout the day. We didn't really sample many alcoholic beverages, but I did order the house red wine at one point and found it basically undrinkable. My sense was that this is not the resort for drink connoisseurs.

Evening animations. It's a matter of taste, of course. The only evening I liked was with a guest bard they invited. He was just wonderful. Rock ballads, romantic music and other covers made my evening.

The property was expansive and spotless which meant that we never felt crowded out. The swimming pools are all connected with sunning chairs lined up on both sides. We never had issues finding seating for our group. The resort is huge with lots of amenities to entertain any age group. The children in our group used the water park, and the adult water slides were also popular. The game room offered lots of entertainment including billiards and ping pong. Seating at the beach was also spacious. We loved the food and the setup.The choices were excellent- fruits, vegetable, salads and other choices were amazing. There is lots of seating indoors and outside. Food selections were wide-ranging and met the varied needs of our group. We also made use of the snack bar close to the beach which offered plenty of food choices. We all loved our coffee/tea time at the patisserie. The bars were always accessible with wonderful staff and drinks. There is plenty of seating inside and out to socialize with friends- we were a group of 25 and had plenty of room to meet up. The resort staff across all disciplines were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were struck by the amount of cleaning. The resort was spotless. The front desk was always helpful and helped organize a bus for 17 on the day of our departure.

The resort needs an ATM. We had to head into town to get money. It would be nice to have more prominent information on tours for Ephesus and other sites.

Cleaning in the room and hotel was ok…The pool was also good. The room had two bathrooms. The sunset is beautiful on this location.

Everything else. Poor food and beverages quality…Zero interest for entertainment and shows (on a scale 1 to 10…where 1 in means No entertainment and 10 will be a good show…this hotel will be maxim a 2)…A la carte restaurant (one Turkish, one International and one Fish specific ) are rotating, function one per day, and will serve same food and drinks as normal restaurant…basically you pay 10euro per person to be served at table. Zero interest for how the hotel and restaurant’s look. (I never see such a NO Design, Style or feeling approach). Wi/Fi is a joke (If you need internet this is not a place for you)…I ask a bartender to prepare a cocktail for my wife and even he had all the ingredients he refused because the management interdict to do…this is a strange and odd concept for me…I paid 2750euro for 5nights (two adults and two kids) in July 2022…I can tell you this price is ten floors over the quality and entertainment they offer.

Food at the restaurant

We loved the room, good size and very clean, comfortable bed and wonderful shower. We also liked the buffet, wide variety of food and very professional and friendly staff. A special mention of Nouri Who was a great help to support for our requests, excursions, taxi, transfer for Flight delay. In addition we thank the hairdresser for excellent hair cut and for the pedicure.

All was good and as expected. The reservation team kindly modified our booking even after we checked in because we needed to leave earlier than planned. They were really nice accommodating our request.

We stayed in March so couldn't use the pools or the waterpark
