The facility in bathroom works perfectly but little bit aged.

Cute, traditional apartment with a great location very near the beach and a migros. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Good value for money. Very kind management. Loved the rooftop swimming pool.

Could have been cleaner, utensils were grubby and toilet hadn’t been flushed when we arrived. Only 1 towel provided for 4 people

It is a perfect accommodation in Kusadasi! Two rather big rooms, clean kitchen with all the necessary equipment and an amazing, breathtaking seaview from the roof and balcony! Roof is an ideal location for observing sunsets, with comfortable armchairs and the radio, by the way)) It is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the Ladies beach, which is extremely comfortable. What is more, there is a Migros just in front of the hotel. The atmosphere inside is very warm and friendly, we felt like home! I highly recommend this place for stay.

The location was excellent on a quiet side street with a supermarket, ATMs, bus stop and taxi rank conveniently close; and the beach and restaurants were only a short stroll away. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant, the hotel lifts were very convenient, and the family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like a home from home. The apartment was supplied with all the basics for cooking and cleaning, and the fridge/freezer was a more than ample size.

The hotel had a rooftop pool which was not in service during our stay. There was also an issue with water pressure to the shower but we adapted and this didn't diminish an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The location is very good with short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and the view from balcony was good.

No proper bedspreads. Bathroom needed a bit of refurbishment- looked very old.

It was worth the money. But lot to improve. The location is good and it has a good balcony and well ventilated and perfect for families. It also had a lift.

The bed was very bad😑 I could feel the springs against my ribs. No free water and the water was not hot enough. There was hardly anything for breakfast.

Ladies Beach is not a great beach, but it was nice to be away from the hussle of Kusadasi. The dolmus is available and regular to get into the main part of town easily. Supermarket and bakery close by.

Takes a long time for hot water to arrive and hard to control the temperature of the shower water, also pressure quite low. The kitchen equipment could be updated. No chopping board and 3 plates for 4 people. No thongs, flippers, large spoon etc.

Great value, spacious apartment with seaview one block, 3 min walk from the beach and close to shops. Friendly staff, available parking in the streets.

old, bad beds, but the biggest problem was that there was not normal quilt, I was forced to use some old blankets...

Its a very quiet place (maybe because we stayed in November and there are not so many tourists) The host was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with the smell of flowers and lemons from the garden. The beds are pretty comfy.

There were no duvet covers, just summer blankets and warmer duvets.

Even though I arrived late at night, after midnight, around 2pm. The owner is really friendly. Thank you very much for upgrading my room too! Beach view! From Kusadasi Bus Terminal Even if you take a big taxi late at night, 40 li is enough~ 5 minibuses Ladies Beach entrance stop, large marts, and restaurants on the beach It was nice to be close by~^^ My house is opened in Kusadasi~ I will come again~ Best value for money~!

Location was excellent, accommodation was excellent views excellent. My only downside was no one cleaned the apartment or changed the sheets and towels for the week. Maybe if we asked they might. But would definitely stay there again.

The location right at the entrance of Lady Beach. Family own hotel, that makes you feel a home, great people 👍 The apartment was comfortable, we TV with English channels. Balcony with partial view to the ocean Terrace at the top with amazing sunset view of the ocean. Bus 5 to Kusadasi downtown and bus terminal to take bus to Ephesus.

family hotel, the owners try together with the staff to eliminate all problems. A guest in the hotel is like a guest in their house. Always smiling and friendly. All recommendations for the hotel. We are talking about a 3-star hotel, for that price don't expect golden spoons, but really decent accommodation.
