Location within Oxford was great
Finding the keys was a nightmare a better description would have been helpful.
You definitely get what you pay for in this unit.

The central position.
The sofa bed wasn’t suitable for sleeping on - very uncomfortable & short.
As a sofa it was fine.
No extra duvet or cover available for use on it - had to use one from other beds but luckily not cold. Found some pillows and sheets in a cupboard to use.

Die Lage am Gloucester Green war hervorragend. Nachdem man das Auto in der Parkgarage (inbegriffen) geparkt hat, braucht man es für den Aufenthalt in Oxford nicht mehr. Das Apartment ist so zentral, dass man alle Besichtigungen zu Fuß machen kann. Die Angaben zur Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Von Donnerstag bis Samstag kann man sich von den vielen Essständen direkt vor dem Haus Essen von verschiedenen Nationalitäten holen, noch dazu zu einem günstigen Preis. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und antwortet sehr rasch. Für 4 Personen eine perfekte Wohnung.
Sie beiden Einzelbetten sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen.

We were told the access code would be emailed to us the day of arrival but this was not sent (instead we received the checkout details). We attempted to reach out to the host through booking.com, email, phone call, and text yet did not receive any reply. In fact, we have yet to receive a reply from the host. When we went to the Keynest spot for pickup they did not have any information for us either (and they told us something similar had happened the night prior). Needless to say we were unable to actually get into the property and had to find urgent last minute accommodation at a hotel outside of the city. We were still billed for the night by booking.com despite requesting cancellation and explaining the details. We have yet to receive a response or refund of our money.

Matrasses in the bedroom with two beds are in poor condition, very soft. It was uncomfortable to sleep in them.

It’s clean and the shower pressure and hot water are good. If you’re staying here long term (and I suggest you not) the kitchen is adequate.
From the start, there were warning signs. We had to send in our passport info which is shady. The key pickup is sort of ridiculous. You have to find a newsstand that is not near the apt or train station or bus station. Then you give a code to a shady teenager working the newsstand who can answer no questions for you and then he gives you the key. Then, you need to get back to the apartment which is located in questionable square that features a “Cashino” and a kebab shop that’s open until 4am. Always in front of the door were a pack of people, looking again, questionable and shady, chain smoking cigarettes all day. Being on the first floor directly above the stoop causes all this cigarette smoke to fill the apartment if you have the windows open. To be very clear, entering the building never felt safe, especially with kids. Once you get through the front door, in the lobby it wreaks of smoke and there’s a big pile of discarded furniture. You go up a flight of stairs, hang a right and there’s the apartment. Few more important things to add. The setup is fine. There are two twin beds in a bedroom, however one bed is completely BROKEN. It is unsleepable for anyone over 30 lbs. The Wi-Fi was another issue as it kept asking us to log in to plusnet. We ended up having issues and ultimately gave up. Also, no garbage bags, no paper towels, no soap. For anyone with a family, I would avoid. Oh one more thing, finding parking was a challenge. Google maps sent is to the wrong end of Gloucester road and so that was another inconvenient debacle. the host sent back some helpful tips but that was well past the time it took to find it.

When collecting keys from keynest the staff initially said they didn’t know what I was talking about and it was several minutes before one member of staff after consultation realised what I wanted. I do speak English. A further 10 mimosas before the key was handed over and the staff were not communicative.

A fair amount of mold on the walls and ceilings. Toilet seat barely hanging in there, and only half of the toaster works. Key pickup location was a little out of the way. Some of the furniture was not as shown in the photos.

The flat was super central and was easy to get around from. The keys were easy to collect with a car, but a little walk if you haven't got a car. The included parking was a massive bonus and the instructions to get to the parking & flat were very clear.
As said the flat is very very central so was a bit noisy with revellers outside the window - not unusual when staying in a city centre flat.

The parking, being central to the Oxford amenities. The bed was very comfortable.
It was MOST INCONVENIENT to have to collect the keys from a shop that was not at all close to the accommodation. Also at the end of our stay we had to return them to the same shop. We couldn't park anywhere close to the shop so we had to walk to the shop after locating a car park which cost us £3.50 on both occasions.
The apartment was much smaller than the photos depicted but the location is very good,. Unfortunately, at night and early in the morning it is quite busy and noisy. Hence we didn't sleep that well, despite the very comfortable bed.
The Cleaning Team is letting the owner down by not being as thorough with the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment. It needs to be managed and monitored better. Considering that, the £65 cleaning fee is certainly too much.

Fantastic location close to the New Theatre and city centre. Great fun watching merchants getting ready for the Wednesday market in the morning. The sort of place I'd love to have enough money to live in!
The Gloucester Green underground car park can be quite difficult to find. We were going nuts looking for it. It would be great if they sent out a very specific map.
As always, parking in Oxford isn't easy and you might not realise it if you've never been in the centre area.

overall the property was clean and the location was really good.
busy location so noise is to be expected which did not really bother us. there is a market directly outside of the property which is there Wednesday through to Saturday. we were woken at 5.30-6am with the market stall people starting to set up so this was not the most ideal. the wardrobe in the second bedroom was full of bedding etc so this was unable to be used to hang up any clothes. there was a mirror leaned against the wall in wardrobe in the main bedroom which was the only sort of full length mirror available. the toilet seat was way too small for the toilet so when you sat on the toilet you were also sitting on the toilet pan which was not comfortable at all. the second lamp in the bedroom is for decoration only and there is not plug for this. there is not table and chairs on the balcony so if you want to use the balcony you can only go out there to stand up. directions for parking were not clear and once we eventually found the parking entrance the instructions into the private car park again were not clear. an additional picture of the private cat park entrance would have been much more useful and much less time consuming. there was a stain on the duvet of the main bedroom which you could see through the white duvet cover which wasn’t very nice. additional to the parking it was a very tight parking space which would not fit big cars. especially if the car already parked in the space next door isn’t parked correctly which is what happened to us. this should be advised upon booking as bigger cars would not fit the width of the tight space

The location was great, very central. Decent wifi and also there was Netflix and other streaming services available.
The actual accommodation doesn’t really look like the photos. The main bedroom was ok, but the lamp provided wasn’t plugged in nor positioned near an outlet. The second twin bedroom was very bare indeed, and felt like student digs. There was no lamp or bedside table, and the headboards were not fixed to the walls. The mattresses felt old and saggy. It didn’t really feel like a holiday home, more like a hostel stay.
The bathroom was clean enough but the toilet seat was half detached from the toilet and the shower curtain was so long that you were either standing on it in the shower or if you left it hang outside the bath, water would go all over the place.
Very disappointed given how much we paid for the accommodation.

Great to be so close to Oxford amenities. Bed was a bit hard. Location is noisy, with late night party goers and early morning market people setting up. Good hot water and nice vibe in security building and very helpful owners.

The host worked hard to help as we got delayed travelling and were going to be late to pick up keys at a business that closes at 9 pm. This was not ideal but it was clearly communicated before hand.

Location is great!
Communication from the owner comes in too many emails with little info here and there. One email with all info would be ideal a couple of weeks ahead of staying, not on the day of arrival.
Small things that make a difference need addressing: e.g. Plug does not fit sink in the bathroom and cannot be used properly; The welcome book states to help yourself to things in the fridge...there was nothing in the fridge, how disappointing! I expect this was the milk to the tea/coffee that was provided; Info in the welcome book does not match the Info given in emails; the Suite is tired and does not match up to the pictures.

1.key pick-up. Seriously 10min walk in the rain from the apartment
2. The apartment was not cleaned by the time we all arrived in the evening. Sweaty towels and sheets from previous guests were lying around the property. We ended up not staying.
3.demanded copies of passports from all guests days before checking in and there was no in-person checking in. You go find the key yourself.
4. You charged me for a property that I cannot stay. We ended up looking for a hotel at 9pm at night after my family travelled for more than 20 hours. I still need a refund

sadly I found the booking process the most complex I’ve done so far with photo id requirements etc. key collection was contradictory, as was leaving, times varied 3pm, 3.30pm. 10.30 checkout 11 checkout. venues for this was also contradictory. key drop off and pick up was an absolute faff.

Once we received the key code (which was late) the apartment on Booking.com was described as being called Gloucester Green Suite and there is no such place, no response from host made the start of our break very stressful. Once connected to the live chat life became easier.
The position of the apartment was excellent.
Replies from the host would have been appreciated. Broken headboard on one of the single beds and a broken base in the other was not appreciated and when I text to let host know, no response was given.

Very comfortable apartment. location was brilliant for exploring Oxford. Minutes walk to main area. bonus was having secured parking in the ground floor below the apartments.
Only negative was the noise in the courtyard area at night. But its a trade off for the location
