Location and space of the property

Check in procedure and parking. The room allowed for family but only allowed a car to be parked at carpark. Visitor is full and second car could not find a parking lot. The security does not allow to park at parking in the first place since we are not owner. Security need to be made known that guest can be allowed to park at carpark without checking.

I book for 3day 2 night. The customer service very bad. I try to reach them by WhatsApp to enquiry regarding my key collection at 1pm but they only reply my massage at 4.02pm after I call them and send me the door lock pin at 6.27pm. mine 32th floor out of 5lift only 2 works for all 3days. The worst part was the kitchen sink choke and I immediately WhatsApp her regarding this issue even send picture to her but the only reply my massage next day morning and inform me that will send plumper on the day itself but I waiting until afternoon nobody come then msg again around 4pm reply my msg at 8.03pm stated that no plumber due to PH holiday. whole 3days we even can’t wash hand at that sink area. Today I WhatsApp them regarding my deposit refund RM200 They only refund me RM40 deducted RM 160 for repair fee. it’s that our fault. please refund my full RM200 deposit payment.

The location is OK

The staff was super bad attitude and service, the check in time is 3pm, we asking details at 2pm but the staff only contact us and reply at nearly 5pm, talking no manner, hang up my phone and no guidance. One lift was shut down so waiting so long for the lift, the parking location was very confusing, hard to find the lift lobby at the basement. The toilet sink was clogged.

Just the place comfortable to sleep

The owner put too much rules for the stay. Why charge the cleaning fee as we also need to clean all the messy and throw the rubbish to rubbish room. No mirror except in toilet. Also there’s cockroach inside bedroom.

Aircon in master bedroom required general services.

the host is unresponsive, let me wait outside the house for around an hour then only can get the unit doors lock passcode. No respond within the hour, reject my call and no reply to my msg.

Nothing that I liked. Just so so only...

Service was poor. Hair dryer wasn't functioning. Staff was rude. Took deposit but haven't returned it yet. Not replying to text messages when requested to do so. Pls do something to improve this...

wifi is not working on our first day ., we are struggling with the internet coz we are from singapore we only have international data. the masters bedroom aircon is not ok. waiting at the elevator is so long.

the place quite noisy. the neighbour shout early in morning. they even throw the pampers from upstair and come in the balcony. so rude neighbourhood. The house very comfortable, but the line and wifi really bad. and one last things is since we travel for work we need iron clothes. but unfortunately the owner cannot spend on good iron. please improvise on this. and please talk to ur neighbour dont throw rubbish.
