Great property. It was all we had hoped it would be. The location was in a quiet gated community, convenient our dive boat and restaurants. I would definitely book it again.

Great location for family while attending a wedding.

This property was exactly was as described! This was a first time traveling with these family members who had never been to Florida or experienced VRBO. From communication with owners prior to our stay to our departure, everything went great. The condo was situated in a way that was convenient for 3 couples and a child to be comfortable, experience FL to hanging out at condo utilizing the pool and lagoon. We would definitely consider staying here ago. Kudos to Lucia and her family!

Directions were accurate, check in was easy and everything was as advertised. The condo was very nice and accommodated 10 of us, the kids slept on sleeper sofas and air mattresses. The kids snorkeled and kayaked in the lagoon daily and searched for sea critters along the shoreline at night. We all enjoyed the sunrises at the beach as well as the fire pits in the evening. The condo was well stocked with cookware and linens. Location is great with shopping nearby, but once you are here you really don't want to leave. Our family would definitely stay here again.

The lodging was great. Large well stocked kitchen. Plenty of outdoor decks to sit on. Three bathrooms come in handy with a larger family. Plenty of activities and options on the property. We enjoyed snorkeling, swimming, walks to the pier for sunrise and sunset, tennis, bike riding, strolling around the lagoon, walking in the shallow ocean water, swimming in the pool and lagoon, and on... One issue that came up while we were there is the kitchen breaker tripped, but with a little help we were able to reset the breaker.

We stayed at this property for our Spring Break vacation. It was a great choice. Everyone loved the unit and the amenities. The kids especially enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lagoon just out the back door. We also enjoyed some great time at the pool and on the beach. Our friends who were with us, staying at another property, were quite envious of the great deal that we found in this one. It is a gated property, which made us feel safe, but very easy to come and go as we pleased during the week. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a family space to stay in the Keys.

Loved staying here. Clean and well equipped. Close to restaurants and activities. Only suggestion would be to clean out some of the food left in the refrigerator. The door was full of old food when we got there.

We had a wonderful stay. Can not think of any thing more that we expected. Will definitely be staying there again in future

Well outfitted kitchen and put some more of it to use on this visit. Handy cooler for outings, fridges left stocked from previous guests and family visits, paying it forward. Updated windows and doors. Dining area well lit for board games and puzzles at the dining table. Separate additional lighting for those wanting to read on the couch/sofa chairs. Our long time favorite winter getaway from the north!

We enjoyed our stay at Kawama. The 3 bedroom unit worked just fine for 6 of us. The property was very nice. I would stay here again.

We traveled to Key Largo from Dallas for my brothers wedding in Miami. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and there were plenty of family friendly activities on the property and locally from snorkeling, great places to eat, grocery stores and shopping, to swimming. We loved our stay!

This was perfect for a little winter getaway. Loved the fire pits and the lagoon. Place was perfect for a group and very clean and in good order. Beds were comfy as well. Location is well-located (near charters, beaches, etc.). Would recommend!

Fantastic all the way around. We didn’t want to leave. Accommodations, food, weather did not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our stay. The downstairs bedroom and sitting area was awesome to have for my in-laws. It gave them a little extra space of their own to relax and watch TV. The unit is really close to the beach entry of the lagoon so we spent a lot of time swimming and hanging out there. Everything you need was at the rental. We even used the bicycles to go have lunch at Key Largo Fishery (Yum!). The only negatives were that the stove top took forever to heat up. I am not sure why it was clearly a newer stove. The unit shows signs of wear and tear from being a rental and would recommend a fresh coat of paint.

Four of us enjoyed the quiet, gated community and great access to restaurants and our SCUBA shop for 3 nights. One of us slept on a pullout couch so we each had our own space. We had minor issues with the thermostat and a couple of showers, and the owners were super nice to provide a complimentary night to us. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it !!

We loved our time here! The place was very clean upon arrival and had all the basic supplies we needed. We made use of just about all of the amenities on the property and had a great time! Our favorites were the lagoon and fire pits/seating areas by the ocean. Lucia was a great host and excellent communicator. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone else!

Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Was able to walk to several dining and adult drinking establishments. Plenty of room and the facilities were nice.

Great condo, we had a group of 5 of us for a week of diving and this was a great condo. Very well stocked and very peaceful. The owner was very prompt and friendly with me and we will definitely book again next year

We loved our stay at K6! The neighborhood was super safe and the people are helpful and friendly. The condo is packed with everything you need to cook for a large family. There were even supplies like toilet paper and paper towels which was appreciated. We were close to places like restaurants and stores but yet so privately tucked away. The gated community gave me a lot of security to let the kids have freedom. There was organized line dancing one night that my kids enjoyed while my husband and I went out to dinner. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Very quiet condo. This place had everything we needed! It was very nice to have ample towels and linens. Also the kitchen was very well stocked! I have stayed at other places and we struggled to find the pots and pans to cook a decent meal. That was not the case here! Also, cut little picnic table just outside the unit. Our group of 7 were all able to fit in the living area comfortably to recount the day of scuba, work a puzzle and play board games late into the night. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!!

Unit has been kept up with new games, appliances, and a kitchen that is stocked to cook as well as bonus items left from previous guests. Two cozy sitting spaces with smart TVs along with four balcony patios (I believe two are screened and shaded). Shaded community table is outside in walkway next to parking spot. AC units in basement and top floor work efficiently to cool if needed, otherwise patio doors at both ends of the 2nd and 3rd flors allow breezes to cool naturally. Ceiling fans help as well. New playground for young kids has opened.

Pros: roomy, nice kitchen, great decks, comfy beds, adequate bathrooms, ample parking, nice views of the lagoon, nice gas grill. Cons: No room for any food storage in kitchen, all the cupboards were full of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Stairs had very narrow treads and first and last ones were higher or shorter than others. I don't know how any building code would allow this. No closet or window in ground floor "bedroom".

We enjoyed out stay. The unit was clean and nice and fully stocked, and enough room for all 6 of us. There was a little sewer trouble, but the owners were very prompt in fixing it. We were very pleased with the service. We loved having the lagoon, pools and beaches.

The condo is spotless and has been furnished with convenience in mind. The location of bedrooms and bathrooms works well for a large group. It is obvious that the kitchen has been used by someone who loves to cook and that a loving family enjoys gathering around the dinner table...it had everything you could want or need. The screened in porches overlooking the lagoon are probably the best feature of the condo. This condo offers a large family a convenient , relaxing atmosphere to vacation in! Kim M

Our group of six just loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots to do at the complex and close by. The unit was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. A great place for our family vacation. We hope to visit again soon.

The condo was very nice . I am a cook and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple of minor problems and owners fixed them right away . Had plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Unit was clean . It faced the beautiful lagoon and was very peaceful in the morning, listening to birds . There are many activities in the complex to do and restaurants are close by . The two pools were very nice with all new chairs and umbrellas for shade . My friend and I stayed 24 days and really liked the condo . There were two big TVs in the unit . I would have liked a tv in bedroom but that is just a personal wish . The balconies were nice to sit and read or eat on small table . I would recommend the condo for friends or family . Again the owners were so nice to work with . We had a awesome golf cart to ride around in too ! Had two bikes also .
