I rented 2 apartments for my family , both are exceptional , very clean ,secured , nice kitchens , comfortable beds , very good location , near to restaurants and shops , very helpful and pleasant staff and host. Thanks Kareem
There is some problems with the bathrooms sewers , drain very slowly , so water accumulate , otherwise everything is great.

Quiet location, very clean and modern apartment. The air con was a delight in the heat!! Full amenities and Netflix on the tv which was great for the kids in the evening time. The host met us and was lovely and had great English. Only 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants and beach.

Great location. Quiet building with doorman/security too. Easy Parking. Very clean. Wi-Fi and smart TV and good climate control. Basic facilities but sufficient for a short stay. We didn’t use the kitchen at all, so cannot comment on amenities related to cooking. Fabulous communication from staff both pre-check-in, during check in and on exit. No complaints. Will come again.
The hot water doesn’t last long for 4 people if all taking long showers but it was not a problem if you turn up boiler thermostat.

Rare find for party hire in Tanger. I originally booked the apartment for 1 person, but then I had a few friends who wants to come for party. The security guard didn't allow them to access the property in the beginning, but after some discussions he was eventually happy for them to enter! The apartment was big enough for 10 of us, highly recommend!!!
The facilities have aged, and the location is difficult to find, occasional visit by the insects. The neighbourhood is not densely populated, which means you can party all day long. There are always two sides of a coin!

Clean and good looking flat.
The shower was leaking making bathroom floor wet. I had to skip one shower because of that, too much hassle to wipe all this water from the floor

The apartment is specious and well equipped. The residence has a night guard which helped with late check in and taxi navigation since maps are not most accurate in Tangier.
There are lots of moist on the walls in and around the bathroom. Some plambing was leaking on the floor

very comfortable, spacious apartment. Immaculately clean and nicely presented. The security guards on the main door, were delightful and went out of their way to be helpful. Within walking distance to the old port and a couple of good places to eat.
