Ottima struttura per chi cerca tranquillità, lontano dal caos della città. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina e giardino puliti e curati.

Swimming pool and beautiful garden around it are the main advantage of that place, it’s really best place to spend a day in Calabria.

Apartment was a little bit oldish

The structure is located near Capo Vaticano, with a wonderful view on the sea, a wide garden and parking area, and a refreshing swimming pool; the structure is quite well kept, and the owners' availability and kindness stand out - they led us through phone to the structure, assisted us thoroughly with a problem we had with the air conditioning in our room, and were available at any hour. The apartment we had was a first (and last) floor, spatious and comfortable - hot climate notwithstanding - but air conditioning was badly needed!

Not much, everything was quite good. It was not easy to find the structure even with a navigator, maybe some more panels along the way could be of use. Also, adding a moka for the coffee to the apartment housewares would be nice!

Very beautiful and maintained yard with a lots of palm trees and a big swiming pool which was perfect for us to enjoy in the evening .Also there is a big terrace where you can eat and relax.

Beacuse of this virus, they ask 15 euro extra per persone for bed linen and towels to wash and disinfecting it in the end of stay , but we bought ourself all of this for 40 euro and we took home. The bed was very uncomfortable because the top mattress was missing and it was very hard to sleep on it. The dor from bedroom couldn't be close it ,so we put every time something to keep the dor close. Very old and too used pots and pans from kitchen.

Good location, nice garden and great swimming pool, safe parking.

No internet, kitchen was not equipped well ( even no wine glasses), oven not working, towels and bed linen extra paid!

The owner was amazing and very helpful. The pool was crystal clear and areas around it were amazingly clean. I was able to BBQ using my own mobile charcoal grill. If you want a decent relaxing vacation where you can meet other families this is the place to go.

The Gas Grill that was on the the property was old/dirty. You have to pay additional for bed sheets/towels. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans need to be changed. Seems they have been used for a very, very , very long time. No AC and or fan. Time of year July/August you need these accommodations.
