The condition of the facility is poor

staff was pretty friendly and they had a nice restaurant
the floorplan was incredibly confusing. the room was cramped, dark and the walls were so low you could stand on the bed and see the next 2 rooms over. Furthermore, there was dust around the place and the location was as horrible as it could be. they don't serve breakfast so the nearest decent place was a 30min bus ride that only goes every hour.

The Room was spacious and the Front Desk staff was friendly and professional. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Lovely onsen. Location convenient for us, but very remote. First floor was nicely decorated. Restaurants pleasant with tasty food. Room relatively spacious and in good repair.
Mattresses were very thin even for a traditional Japanese room. Really felt that this was the main reason for the not so good review. The place is large and welcoming. I bathed in the onsen, which was clean, tidy and welcoming, however our Bathroom in the room was a little mouldy behind the sink.
