This was a really perfect condo for our family. Very clean and comfortable space with an unbelievable view that doesn’t get old! My kids loved the pool and we spent many hours there everyday. Henry was extremely helpful and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat.

This lovely condo has a great view and all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and dolphins and watching the sunset. The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is also close to several good restaurants and Sanibel Island.

Great views of Sanibel Harbor and if you're a boating enthusiast, this is the place to be.Take some time to enjoy the views to the east as well. A great panorama of Ft. Meyers and Naples to the South.

This condo was located at the base of the Sanibel bridge which made it super convenient when you wanted to go to multiple beaches, like Fort Meyers Beach, Lover's Key, Captiva, etc. It also had a small private beach and pool for when you didn't want to venture far. Henry was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend renting from him again.

Three of us lifelong friends visited last week. We had an amazing stay! What a beautiful place including the gorgeous view from the great screened in deck! The home is furnished very nicely and very clean! Henry's responsiveness was wonderful from the very moment we booked! We definitely recommend and will return again!

The condominium complex was wonderful the grounds were beautiful and the pool was fabulous. Henry was wonderful and took care of a small issue quickly. I would recommend his place and we hope to go back again!

Lovely condo with great views.

We stayed at this excellent Condo over the Christmas period 2018. The property is extremely well equipped, furnished and maintained with great care to a very high standard by the owner Henry who together with his partner Marie we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. Henry provided us prior to our visit with comprehensive data sheets on the property and its location as well as excellent information on local restaurants and places to visit. The property has excellent views out over the bay and has an air conditioning and heating unit installed. It has private access to a swimming pool and sandy beach immediately adjacent to the Bay View Tower in which it is located. The Bay View Tower itself together with it's grounds and large private car park is extremely clean and well maintained with it's own maintenance manager on site. We found the property to be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with the advantage of being on the excellent Sanibel Harbour site with it's extensive grounds and proximity to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We would have no hesitation in revisiting this condo at the earliest opportunity. Jo & Bob

We love this well appointed, well equipped condo with a beautiful view. It feels very spacious and brings the outdoors inside with the sliding glass doors to the screened porch. The building and grounds (pool and beachfront) were nicely maintained, and we enjoyed all the walking trails and even got a temporary membership at the Marriott gym. The location is perfect for day trips to Sanibel and Captiva and convenient to grocery stores and great restaurants. 👍👍

This condominium complex was perfect location for a winter break. Located close to all the essentials. Lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and sunset views. Very nice small beach, walking trails and access to resort. Owner provided lots of instructions and was responsive to questions.

My husband and I and two of our adult children stayed here for a week in May. The location was perfect--just as the pictures show you are right on the beach. It was an easy drive to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and would certainly rent it again if we return to the Fort Myers area.

This is a very nice condo with generous living space, updated kitchen and master bath and all of the requisite amenities. Punta Rasa is a pleasant, quite location with the advantage of having the Marriott Resort in the middle. We did take advantage of using all of the pools, had pleasant morning walks completed with a stop into Starbucks at the hotel. We were very please with the quick access to Sanibel / Captiva and appreciated that Henry had all of the supplies for spending time at the beach. The location was excellent in terms of easy access around the Fort Myers area. While we had some great meals at the the local restaurants, we enjoyed even more, preparing our own and enjoying a bottle of wine on the Lanai during sunset. The sunset views were fantastic. It was also great to keep the bedroom window open at night to enjoy the sound of the waves. Great views during the day. This is a quiet & relaxing location. Henry has done a great job in keeping the unit in great condition and in supplying us with great information on restaurants and things to do.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our vacation. The condo was awesome. We had a beautiful view, very clean and everything we could possibly need and then some. The location is very quiet and lush. We spent some time every day at the pool....or I should say...in the pool because the water temp was great. We spent more time at the condo cause of it's great accommodations. we are hoping so much to return to the same condo next year, thanks for everything Henry. Steve & Peggy

We booked a stay at this unit for our son's baseball tournament in FT Myers and I couldn't be happier that we found this unit in VRBO! Even though we ended up booking the accommodations about 10 days out, Henry was fantastic to deal with and went out of his way to help us book the unit in a shortened time frame. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and maintained and the view of the ocean & sunset from the balcony is gorgeous. We loved the amenities both at the condo and especially at the Marriott next door. we sat by the pool and ordered drinks on a couple of days. The unit was very clean and the beds very comfy! We couldn't have had a better stay or found a better unit. In fact my son left his wallet behind by accident and Henry made sure it was returned promptly and with all his cash still intact. Thanks Henry for sharing your home and for your honesty, hope to return again soon!

We spent a week here in late March, 2015. We have stayed at the Sanibel Harbour Resort before and this was the nicest condo we have been at. The view from the lanai and the living room is spectacular. The condo is updated, nicely decorated throughout with a very modern kitchen and master bathroom. We really valued the information that the owner, Henry, provided that included the best local area restaurants, shopping, and a list of activities. He added detailed descriptions of his favorite restaurants which was very useful. Also we liked some of the little perks like having some basic necessities there such as laundry soap and dish soap, etc. (Sometimes the housekeeping staffs clear all that stuff out in other places we have stayed). The condo itself was quiet with its own pool. If you are interested in more activity, the Sanibel Harbour Resort is next door, only steps away. It has a couple of larger pools great for people watching and all the amenities one would want at an upscale resort. This condo is very conveniently located as we went to Sanibel Island several times and also ventured to Ft, Myers beach. The only negative was the beach was nice but small (no long walks on the beach). But all the other positives make this a place that we would definitely highly recommend to others.

Dealing with Henry was as smooth as silk.He always went that extra mile to answer my questions with a very quick response time. He also provided me with much useful information as to what to see,where to dine,where to shop,and where the grocery stores were located. The condo was as spectacular as the view.This is a must place to stay.Thanks so much Henry.

We just returned yesterday from a wonderful vacation, due in no small part to this lovely rental. The owner promised we would be satisfied, but it was much better than promised. The unit was tastefully furnished and very well maintained. Everything was squeaky clean, and the necessities were stocked. The upgraded kitchen was modern and well equipped, with everything needed to make stay-in meals. The grounds were extremely well maintained, the pool clear, many lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and access to a world class resort with only about 200 steps to get there! The view from the lanai for morning coffee and evening sunsets was wonderful. Wildlife could be spotted in and on the water, and you could hear the waves lapping on the beach as it was directly below our unit. I wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be returning.

We had a sisters' vacation and we so happy we chose this condo. The spacious and open layout was great. Sure beat staying in a confining hotel room. We loved the screened balcony and enjoyed eating breakfast as we watched the pelicans put on a show. The owner was great to work with and supplied very useful information on local restaurants and places of interest. The condo was clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry soap. The pool was great and not crowded. Loved everything about it.

I wanted to tell you we had an incredible vacation and absolutely LOVED the condo. My sister and brother-in-law were so impressed, I get to plan next years trip :) The kitchen was everyone's favorite; beautiful, functional, and very well stocked. I must say dealing with Henry and having the opportunity to reside in his second home was truly a delight. From the moment I contacted him about the rental, I felt so at ease and confident my husband and I would enjoy this well deserved vacation. The pictures and description of the condo don't really do it justice. The pristine and tasteful decor allowed us to shed any anxieties we may have had prior to our arrival. Ironically the week we chose to visit was during Tropical Storm Isaac. We live on the east coast where many were affected by the storm; we didn't experience any troubles. Henry showed such care and concern by immediately contacting us to make sure we were safe. We were so touched by his concern and would recommend his condo to any and everyone. The home was equipped with every necessity, gadgets and so many extras! We enjoyed the sunsets, strolls along the beach, the pool and the various restaurants and shopping areas. He truly anticipated what it takes to make you relax. Another couple joined us for a few days, and they didn't want to leave. They are still reminiscing about the lovely time they had. If in the area again, we will gladly contact Henry and hope his home away from home is available for our enjoyment.

Staying at this condo provided us a wonderful vacation. It is a tranquil setting, with many places to visit, dine, shop. The owner left very helpful information and recommendations that made deciding what to do easy. The whole trip was no-stress from booking to reluctantly leaving. It's a lovely condo equipped with everything you could possibly need, and a sunset view that is perfect. We spent lots of time at the pool, which wasn't at all crowded.
