The main thing for me was the fact we was sharing a top floor flat with the owner, this was not stated on the ad for the hotel. Me and my partner did not feel comfortable at all we felt like we had to whisper the whole time. There was no lock on our bedroom door so we didn't feel 100% safe. We had to share a bathroom with the owner, while we was there she decided to get a bath so the toilet was out of bounds for us. There was no TV or kettle in the bedroom. The pillows are really hard, I ended up using some of my clothes to rest my head on.

Better name for this place is UNhappy guest. Staff was not helpful in any sort of way and service was bad. Would definitely not recommend this place.

This is a private property. So the bedroom was opposite the landlord's bedroom where she was with the kid or kids. There is no key for the renting bedroom. So feels like anytime someone may enter. Or when you are not there. no privacy. For a couple having a short trip or day trip and want to relax it's sooo uncomfortable. You feel like you have to speak quietly so you will not bother them. I had to give an ID to her to hold it until the end of my staying there. The bathroom is shared with the family which is not clear on the ad. The pillows had a smell like weren't clean. I ended up leaving after 2 hours cause it felt so uncomfortable. Waste of my money and time. For this facility they should charge half money and have more accurate description on the ad.

No breakfast included but our host allows us to take our own brekfast in her kitchen.

We were made very welcome but it almost felt as if we were intruding on the owners private space. Also no locks on any doors. We were expecting an ensuite bathroom - we misunderstood the advert.

Location perfect for the venue we were attending - Marlay Park for the RHCP Concert.

No lock on the bathroom door took a little getting used to. Didn't realise we had access to the kitchen as I don't recall the host telling me that so didn't manage to get a tea/coffee.

The room was in a family home and in a super quiet area. Easy enough to get to pretty hard to actually find. We enjoyed our stay, the landlandy wasn't too cooperative at the very beginning but we did see eye to eye in the end. Would reccomend.

it was a very cute little house. our room had everything we needed, the bathroom was great and the kitchen was accessible to use the kettle or sink.
