Gate remote controlled by the security. Location was not easily accessible. Swimming pool needs upgrade

I would have appreciated to be offered options for breakfast but other than that the food was delicious and served timeously.

Overall the facility was outstanding however i found that coming in and out of the facility during our stay was quite a tedious task since we did not have our own remote control for the gate.

The garden view is amazing, their breakfast is delicious the rooms are spacious and clean

Staff were of perfect service! Place still new, they have done their best.

There was no body moisturiser... They should try and do housekeeping whilst we are out having breakfast and refill what needs to be refilled.

The environment was so therapeutic. Very calm and beautiful. The place was very clean . Smell of nature was just perfect. The stuff was very welcoming and always smiling . Very comforting to be there .

The care taker (Abraham) was so good to us and gave us an excellent service and ensuring we were well taken off, the place is also an ideal spot for a quick getaway from home in order to relax your mind with exquisite amenities and finished, spacious rooms

If the property can at least serve breakfast to limit going in and out of the property to go buy food and snack, or maybe if they can have a canteen.

It venue is beautifully set in a lush garden.

1. System sent me a confirmation that i paid for x4 breakfasts but the owner said i didn’t. The breakfast ended up not being worth the price via one slice of toast with no butter or jam, inedible skinless dry wors, a teaspoon of mushrooms and tomato and 2 eggs. The eggs were the nicest thing on the plate. 2. We had to take cold showers as there was no hot water and our shower had a door missing so it made a mess. 3. The pool was dirty and we could not swim.

Had great experience with staff, they attend to needs as soon as they can. The area is quite and peaceful, rooms are clean we are delighted. Thanks to Given and Mr Mudau they are all rounders.

The hospitality was top notch thanks to Given,he made our stay very comfortable. I also like the fact that there there is a backup system incase of loadshedding.

Superb guest suite with expansive garden views, clean and tidy, comfie bed and luxuriously appointed. Staff are attentive and helpful. Thank you Abraham for your assistance throughout. The location allowed for quick access to freeways for the weary traveller

Signage could be better as this would assist guests who aren’t familiar with Joburg or who haven’t cell comms 24/7. Suggest low level tv or music for common public areas so that guests feel some ambiance besides garden birdsong.

The place is in a tranquil place and the room looked recently renovated, stunning bath and décor. The bed was spacious and comfortable

The small bathroom bin was full when I arrived therefore I had no place to throw my sanitary towels, the aircon was not warm during winter and the rooms were serving recoffee ?

Ambiance, location, aesthetically pleasing and clean.

I usually would not complain however, spending close to R 1 000 I feel I should highlight certain issues. The check in was awkward, no signage outside the premises and a long wait at the gate. Not sure if it was the owner but it was not an informative process and they soon left. That part of Gauteng was experiencing water shortages, or outages one would think at least a bottle of water would have been provided. No communication on this or where, how to get water if needed for the toilet etc. I booked and paid for a breakfast which was never offered and never had. No staff on hand that could give information on breakfast. Check out again was awkward and through a staff member who appeared to be maintenance and not guest related. Overall, poor service and way overpriced for what was presented. No owners or manager level staff on hand to bring to their attention.

couldn’t get hold of anyone to assist us at night, its like we were left alone the premises and the only number we had wasn’t being answered. kettle was missing from our room and the milk was spoiled
