The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and will do everything to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Location and breakfast was good.
1. Room did not get cleaned, beds not made up and bath towels not changed during stay.
2. No sport channels available on their DSTV bouquet.
3. Showerhead wall cover in room 105 coming off leaving appearance of non-existent or shoddy room maintenance.

Facility is beautiful. Great reception staff as well as security and waiter. Manager also spoke to us. Breakfast was great. Thank you. Late arrival and Bernard saw to all arrangements.
The wall plug was not working properly and I had to charge my phone and hearing aids behind the bed.Quite uncomfortable. Room 107 was small. Bathroom very small. Could have rented much better for similar pricing and better.

Quite and peaceful place, friendly staff, room was clean
Spiders and insects falling on the bed probably from the thatch roof. That was terrible. Also no power backup from 2300hrs to 6am that was not good. Limited breakfast offering, no cereals or fruit or yorghurt. Took hours for the breakfast order to come but there were not many guests.

The breakfast - the cheese and crossaint was not fresh-it does not cater for people who eats white meat only.Tthe means of communicating with reception regarding ironing equipment

The food was absolutely incredible. If this place had its own restaurant I would 100%, without a doubt be their number 1 customer. The staff is warm, friendly, attentive and very hospitable. If you are in need of some quaintly down time to escape life's busyness- Black Eagle Hotel & Spa is a place I would recommend
You're not allowed to have or bring your own drinks to the facilities and that the rooms didn't have a mini bar fridge
