The beds are noisy when you turn.

The staff was extremely friendly! The facilities was very nice and play area was fun for kids.

We booked for breakfast and dinner, first nght we were told that buffet wasnt served if there is not enough people, so we were told by waiter to order from the a la carte menu and it will be covered. So it wasn't! Next morning we were given a voucher for the remainder of our 4 day stay, to use against our bill for dinner... this only covered starter meals.. so not even a full meal. For what we paid, I wouldve expected them to handle this better or prepare for this situation better.

Sadly we were on a work trip and needed to work. There was loadshedding which impacted our battery life. Although we understand there was a generator. It overheated

They don't allow us to bring our own food but can't accommodate everyone in their menu, even on request.

The room is quite spacious.
