Worked perfect for us

Fantastic place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen with a clean and comfortable place to stay. The host had amazing communication skills and was incredibly accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a teammate in from out of state and needed a convenient place in Queen Anne for her to stay. Beyond grateful to have found this property will definitely rent again. Much better than any hotel room and a much better location than staying down on the Queen Anne

This studio is a great little spot in the heart of Queen Anne. Though simple, it is perfectly appointed and the hosts are super friendly and available. Would def stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here after a wedding weekend and it was exactly what we needed. After being in several hotels on the trip, we were excited to just have a relaxing environment. The neighborhood is great! With stores/restaurants walking distance, we were able to walk everywhere. The unit does come with an A/C unit but it was cool enough that we just slept with the window open. We were able to sleep soundly as it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway or a clean/relaxing place to stay. The parking spot was such a nice perk!

Our family stayed at this property for our trip from Japan. I usually stay at a hotel, but this time I wanted to shop for groceries and cook at the local supermarket, so this room with a kitchen was very comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, cups, etc. There is also an oven, microwave oven, electric stove, and refrigerator, so you can enjoy the feeling of living in the local area. Queen Ann's main street is full of small, unique shops. There is a Trader Joe's nearby. bank too. If you rent a car, it is a place that is easy to access both north and south. The owner is very kind and the room is very clean! I will definitely use it again next time!

Nice location near restaurants and grocery shopping. Near enough to the Seattle Center to walk if you're up to climbing the hill, which we were.

This place is the PERFECT place to stay in the heart of the city! Very quiet location with parking was key for what I was looking for. The accommodations were just what I was looking for. And communication with Diane was extremely pleasant -- she was so gracious! Highly recommend this place!!

Diane’s house is the perfect studio for a getaway to Seattle, only 15 min bus ride from everything downtown. Clean, quiet, and modern amenities.

I really enjoyed how well-appointed the space was - very clean and with everything in place. Notably, low-scent products were used to clean, so it is well suited for folks that are scent-sensitive. Also, the mattress is firm and supportive - welcome after weeks of travel when this is seldom the case. It should be noted that the parking slip is narrow and fairly shallow without much room to maneuver in, so it is practically limited to compact SUVs and smaller vehicles.

Hilltop Flat is steps away from the most charming street in Seattle, close to all the city has to offer. And yet you feel tucked away in a quiet, serene space after a day of city adventures. I cannot rate this space highly enough!

Diane is responsive and always available. Had no issues, great place, great location. Had the best time, also because it was one of the best I have stayed at.

My wife and I visited for a Seahawks game and the place was perfect for us. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to plenty of restaurants and shops. The uber prices weren't bad at all to get anywhere in the downtown area. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The TV doesn't have access to Netflix, or any streaming services. We are use to this and bring a roku with us when we travel so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great location! We just parked our car, which is so nice since parking in Seattle is tight and expensive, and walked everywhere. There are a number of wonderful restaurants in the walking distance. The flat was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was wonderful and super easy to communicate with. We loved absolutely loved this property!

All the space you need to enjoy your stay in Washington. On site parking was nice, a little tight, but better than the street which was quite full. Would book again.

The flat was great - comfortable, attractive, and in a good location (on 8 bus lines). Diane was helpful and had necessities well stocked.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect for my needs

We spent 5 days in Seattle in late August, and this Hilltop Flat was perfect. It had everything we needed (comfort, clean, kitchen, parking) for our stay. The neighborhood is wonderful and easy to get around via walking or bus. Tons of great places to eat and explore. Diane was a great host who was interested in any of our questions or needs. We'll be back!
