location, view and cleanness was perfect. you have most of the things that you need inside the flat such as kitchen related items and iron

heating system was not working and electrical heater was not sufficient. it was not so cold but at least one more heater needed.

Everything. The view is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and spotless! Great area, near to the lake and great restaurants. The noise of the train was not such a big deal, as many comments stated. We fell in love with Lugano and this apartment, and we will come back for sure. Thank you!

The view is stunning, the location is really great, the apartment is very spacious and bright and the bathroom had everything you could ask for.

The mattress of the bed is already quite used so it doesn't support you well during sleeping. The kitchen could have had a small pot more and some salt/pepper basics.

Totally insufficient and suitable kitchen ware. Pans were ridiculously big, very few suitable mugs, bowls and dishes. Kitchen has all the gadgets but nothing to eat or cook with. No condiments or cooking bits to get you going. Loads of storage….but nothing in it!! Furnishings were absolutely minimalist. virtually nothing!

The view is panoramic... You feel in paradise when sitting in the balcony looking at the monte-bre mountain, the downtown, and the lake... just Fantastic. Free parking, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Overall, it was clean but it could have been better.

The bed was very uncomfortable. it's like there is a whole in the middle of it... needed to be changed urgently. The TV toooooo small. Needs to be changed too.

The view of the lake from the balcony was stunning & we loved being able to park our car securely in the cool garage. It was great to be able to walk everywhere too. The bed was very comfy & the apartment itself bright & airy... the blinds were much needed & very effective keeping it cool & beautifully dark.

The regular freight trains which ran day & night were very noisy... I'm really not sure how anyone could sleep through them. I wouldn't book again for this reason alone. The shower head holder was broken... not what you expect paying this much per night for accommodation. The name on the box where the key safe was had a different name on it to the instructions we were provided with. This caused unfortunate irritation & frustration on arrival & was particularly challenging as it was almost midnight & we were extremely tired following a delayed flight.
