комунікація з клієнтом, де спрацювують досі патерни пострадянського сервісу - не дорахувавшись двох келихів співробітник одразу довів до відома, що я їх розбив), тому маю компенсувати) На альтернативну версію, що їх там не було адміністратор запропонував формулу - це наш стандарт, тож це означає в її світі, що вони були. Таким чином, треба зважувати, що входить в стандарт, якщо раптом чемодан золота в тумбочці, будьте готові його повернути при виселенні) Питання вирішилось за дві хвилини, коли співробітники з'ясували між собою свої стандарти, але ж чому клієнт був втягнутий в їх гру) то вже питання для опрацювання колективу та керівнику готеля на майбутнє, що їм важливіше шашечки(келихи), чи їхати ( репутація, якість сервісу, комунікації). Вдячний за цей досвід.

Very close proximity to the port, many restaurants and bars, excellent spot.
As an extra, when Russia launches missiles you'll see the Ukrainian air defence and maybe get woken up by them.

Room was quite big, very comfortable bed, includes everything I might have needed for a day or a few days.
Room also had a balcony 🥰

During the weekend, was really loud from the club downstairs, the building is under the reconstruction, also, we needed to ask for clean towels

the only reasons you should stay here is for the location and price. ensure your room doesnt face the Main Street. otherwise you won’t sleep at all.
the place is located right above the busiest bars and clubs that open until 3am even on Tuesday. I stayed in the rooms facing the streets so didn’t have any sleep and note I like going out and have fun.
I came to Odessa to work remotely, this hotel does not have wifi, they claim they do but that’s not true. it didn’t work once then 5 days I was there.

It's really central location, personal was nice and smiling.
First. This is not a hotel. There are some apartments on the same floor with some people to check-in.
Then, it's impossible to sleep in this place, according to the room you have. Not a lot of people but they put all people close to others, so you listen your neighboors like they are in the same room. You can hear everything.
Then, if your window is on the side of the street, you will have to fear about the music and alcoholic people screaming in the street all the night.
Finally, I found hair everywhere in the bathroom...
Don't save money and chose any other hotel if you want to sleep.

Location, location, location. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Very stylish interiors and very friendly reception staff. Overall, highly recommended and would stay here again.
Some construction noises but this can happen. Also, the water being cut off for many hours (and a notice of water bills not being paid by building residents on the door of the building) was inconvenient, but not the fault of the hotel, I guess. The room could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

- no elevator, major problem as we had lots of suitcases and it wasn't written in the description that they don't have one
-super slow wifi, impossible if you need to work

Tall ceilings and good repairs made this place look charming to me. We had all we need, including iron, filled bottle of water every day and comfortable bed. The location is brilliant, right next to all the party.. so we enjoyed our stay.
The fly in the ointment was about quality of doors to the facility and shower. The door to the room was blocked a few times so we had to get help from the staff. The shower didn’t quite work well too. The top main shower head didn’t go so we had to use a second one as main. All else seemed to be fine.

The bed, bathroom and room overall were super comfy.
There was no free parking on premises. Needed to park on the paid public parking on the nearest square.
Our room was really quiet, because it faced the back of the building. The other room, that we rented was facing the street, so it was quite loud at night.

I arrived in the morning and could already use the room which was really nice.
Also luggage storing was possible.
The shower was broken and after some discussion they fixed it a bit but it was still not working properly.
Staff was not so professionell.
