The apartment was spacious and clean. Lovely helpful host.

The location

I asked 3 times for a blanket and they answered the 1st time saying that it maybe in the closet. So the 3er person who slept at the sofá cama was freezing for 3 nights. Also, they never clean the room , trash, etc.

Centric, comfortable and clean.

When we first got there the room was very cold.

It’s a great location and safe neighborhood. However not as central as we imagined. Maybe 10-15 minute Uber or short metro ride - 30 minute walk to downtown/Retiro for example. Diego de Leon station is right under the building. Excellent otherwise.

The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The patio was nice. Nice colors. Easy access to metro.

It was frigid when we arrived (18C). The bathroom fan didn't work. Shower leaked a bit.

The apartment is located on a quiet street. Supermarket around the corner. The place is cute and compact, has everything you need to make a simple breakfast. Beds are super comfortable and everything is spotless and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the keys. Well-equipped room. Big bathroom, accessible for people with disabilities. Internet was strong. The room was clean.

It could have been cleaner a little bit. Noisy as the street was next to the windows.

cleaning service; the sink is blocked and during the night the pipes start to smell very bad, there were handprints, very apart from commenting that they didn't leave the necessary sheets for the people who had to stay

The location is perfect. There is a cheap parking near the apartment. The metro station is just on the next corner. We could reach every part of Madrid by metro.

Beds were very comfy and the room had the perfect temperature for a cold winter. The apartment was very clean and had many amenities such as a kitchen, iron, hair dryer. The design of the apartment was very cool too :)

Only thing we would have to say is that we had to make the extra bed ourselves despite having booked and checked in 3 adults. The bed linen was available as well as towels for us to make it though, so there was no need to call anyone.

The room smelled like white spirit when we entered. Other guests were really loud in the hallway during the night. And one evening the intercom was down so we couldn't enter the building. The communication over WhatsApp app was short but decent

The apartment was clean and cozy. Few items were missing at the arrival but the staff have sorted it out quickly. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Pretty comfy beds.

The radiators were very noisy, it disturbed some of us during the night.

They were renovating the lobby. It was all dirty, looked really sketchy. Also, my cards didn't work for a whole day and I couldn't get in til very late at night, until some guy had to come at 12h30 am. The next day they tried to fix the door several times (making the kitchen floor as a whole mess) but it took him too long, making me miss my business meetings which I made my trip for. And after all of this, Welcomer Apartments blame someone else and they are not comfronting the situation as they should.
