Beautiful location, excellent spacious apartments, clean and tidy

I loved this. One of the best places to stay in Manchester, both location and price wise

It was central to all amenities, all public transport hubs and the hotel room itself was quiet too

It had all the facilities of an apartment

Room was really nice, great view, comfortable bed, lighter duvet set to go with the hot summer season was a nice touch, all the hot water you could want or need. They'd even left the ice trays in the mini fridge freezer filled so we had ice available right as we arrived. The room itself really is what you'd expect it to be based on the pictures and reviews. They also let us store our bags for free at reception after we checked out which was nice.

We really didn't like that they list the place as having parking, but they don't actually have parking. What they do have is a parking discount with a nearby parking lot, that you have to request beforehand. The hotel is pedestrian access only actually. You can't even stop outside with a car to drop someone off with the bags before you go on to park elsewhere either, because it's pedestrian access only. You WILL have to walk to the place. We ended up using the Q parking lot that's slightly to the north of the hotel, it's a little bit pricy compared to others in the area but it has security and such in place and was a convenient location, you also avoid the madness of the roads around the shopping center nearby with the trams. It was also a pretty straight forward walk between there and the hotel. Bathroom overall was very nice, but a tiny bit cramped feeling, also a lot of water leaked out from under the shower door, there was a gap where the door had a folding corner type thing and the rubber between the glass and the shower floor didn't cover that section, sooo, yeah, it leaked a decent amount - but the shower itself was spacy enough, I didn't feel like I was in a yoga class trying to shave my legs you know.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist also gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen und alle möglichen Aktivitäten wie Restaurants oder Bars sind nicht weit weg. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Bett und die Couch waren super bequem. Vom Zimmer waren wir wirklich sehr beeindruckt. Auch das Gebäude von außen ist sehenswert. Das Treppenhaus in die einzelnen Etagen ist ebenfalls im alten Stil gehalten und beeindruckt!

Das Frühstuck wurde uns mit Crossaint und Kaffee angebriesen und zu unserer Verwunderung gab es dann auch nicht mehr als Crossaint und Kaffee aus dem Automaten, hier hätte wir uns deutlich mehr gewünscht. Außerdem mussten wir beim Check in relativ lange anstehen, da das Hotel nur 2 Counter zum Ein- und Auschecken hat.
