The neighborhood seemed nice & it looked like it would be quiet but unfortunately it was not. Dogs in the neighborhood started barking every morning from 5:00 am on. Various neighbors would let their dogs out upon waking but unfortunately each neighbor let their dog bark for quite some time during very early hours & very disturbing. The same scenario happened over & over again each of the 10 days I was in residence. So, not the quiet neighborhood it looks like. The apartment was very nice but the access/egress stairs need replacing. They are peeling away from the building & the treads also tilt & are uneven. The A/C unit at the top of the stairway is in the way of access to the entry door even without luggage. Stair access should be have more light because it was very difficult to see the door key pad in order to enter the access code. The apartment itself was nice & cozy & just right for my business work/stay. Many times however the internet was sketchy & so was getting anything like Netflix on the TV. Many time the movies would simply not load & no matter how many times I tried to watch a movie during peak time, when I believe others were on line, nothing would load so the TV was inoperable except for live TV throughout. General cleaning was good but the window sills & other areas needed dusting. Lastly, I realize a lot of folks use their devices for night time reading but there needs to be a bedside lamp in the bedroom. There is no light available for reading in bed.

This was our third stay at this property. We love the neighborhood! It is conveniently located, very clean and safe. Daniel and Crystal are great hosts.

Perfect location to all things front range. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I had zero concerns for my self or my vehicle. Great and responsive property owners - will definitely come back here again!

This lovely garage apartment was just perfect for my weekend stay. Located in a lovely neighborhood, appointed with everything I needed and super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you have trouble with stairs, it could be a problem, as it’s upstairs. Dan was great to communicate and answered texts quickly. Perfect size for my sis and myself.

The property is super clean and exactly as described. The surrounding neighborhood is super cute and within walking distance to a few restaurants. I would definitely stay again! 10/10!

Dan and Crystal's apartment was perfect for our first trip to the Denver area! Great location and beautiful neighborhood. We were walking distance to several restaurants and driving distance to all of the towns we wanted to check out. The apartment itself was comfortable and the perfect size. Check in/out was a breeze and communication was top notch. We were offered several amazing recommendations, and I can't wait to go back to knock some more off the list! Would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

This was our second stay at this location. Very cozy and close to all the conveniences. Host are very accommodating and we hope they will have us again.

My dad and I were visiting the family from out of town to attend my sister's memorial. It was important to stay in a place where I didn't have to worry about little things. This property was just that: clean, great accommodations, quiet neighborhood, access to restaurants and stores, close to our family's house, and nice owners. The memorial was beautiful and I was at peace before and after thanks to this quaint Rental space ❤️. We'll be back!

Lots around so great location. I did hear a dog barking some mornings, not sure if it was the owners but I love dogs, so I just rolled over.

The location and neighborhood of the property were perfect for us. Shops and good restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is suited well for 1-3 people but would get cramped pretty quickly with any more than that I think.

What an amazing experience. First the hosts were so on top of everything, that I didnt have to ever call them. Next, the property is litterally a perfect distance from anything you want to do. And last but not least, the property itself is so cute, and has everything you need situated in a beautiful neighborhood where you can see the mountains and enjoy your surroundings.

The place is exactly as pictured. So cozy, nicely furnished, and QUIET. Gorgeous neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants, and easy drive to Boulder and Denver, Owners sent all necessary info and directions which were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property. We were in town for the NCAA tournament. 30 mins to Ball Arena, 30 mins to Boulder. Great restaurants and shopping with in walking distance or 3 min drive. Home was clean and well supplied. Twin beds were nice and comfortable and nice big bathroom. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Dan and Crystal have created a warm, cozy space to relax and enjoy. They were so accommodating with the snow storm that was tapering off as we arrived. The location was amazing, offering the option to grocery shop and cook meals in the apartment or to eat locally within a short distance. I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

Visiting Thornton to help our son babysit our grand daughter during Christmas break, we were fortunate to find this apartment. We found it to be clean, quaint and efficient. There was a breath taking mountain view while walking in the neighborhood and beautiful Christmas lights at night. The area is quiet, safe and secure. The hosts Dan and Crystal are friendly, accessible, responsive and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel at home providing unexpected amenities like teas and Keurig coffees even cream, in a well stocked kitchen/pantry. The surrounding area has a variety of shopping and dining options making activity outside the apartment equally appealing. I25 is very near to the apartment and the Denver area has numerous entertainment options. The convenience of the fold out couch allowed our grand daughter to stay over night when her dad worked late. We are very likely to visit again.

What a terrific stay! Accommodations and location were just what we needed. Provided a convenient location for visits with and by with multiple family members. And, we were able to enjoy a lovely Thanksgiving dinner utilizing the well stocked kitchen. Area was terrific - the weather was beautiful so we were able to take advantage of the walkability of the neighborhood and the trails. Dan and Crystal's hospitality was genuine and warming. The vrbo had everything we needed. As stated, there a two (firm) twin beds, a spacious bathroom, and kitchen/eating area. The neighborhood is very nice with walking trails close by and Sprouts and Whole Foods and places to eat all in walking distance. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The vrbo is attached to their home so they were very available if needed. Would stay there again.

This place was great! Dan and Crystal were great from the moment I booked this place staying in constant communication, and answering any question I had within 5 minutes of sending it. Upon arrival the apartment was exactly as pictured, and very clean. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice in between from Denver and Boulder.

The apartment is very clean and is in a very convenient location. This worked out very well for a attending a friends wedding. Excellent communication from host, very smooth check in process. Would stay here again when visiting Denver area.

This VRBO was exactly what I needed. It’s simple, it’s basically an apartment above a garage. It was very clean and had everything I needed including soaps, shampoos etc. It was very quiet and accomodating. The community it was in was the best past. Not even a minute to walking trails and the houses and landscaping are very beautiful.

Went to Boulder and Red Rocks and Denver....never more than 20 min away!

I spent there a couple of nights with my son. It was nice break from the city and to catch some new memories. Just walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Definitely looking forward spend more time there.
