We have stayed in many properties in Sheringham and this is by far the best. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Sheringham yet is quiet with brilliant views over to Beeston Bump. Would always stay here again.

My reservations about staying in a flat in the centre of Sheringham town were unfounded, as the flat is both quiet and surprisingly private, thanks in part to its elevated roof garden. It was clean and spacious and it's central location perfect for the non-drivers in our party.
The absence of a designated parking space was not ideal however there is a public carpark very close by that is covered by CCTV and is free from 6pm-8am (we avoided early rising by parking up at 6pm and paying for one hours parking).
Sky view represents good value for money when compared to a holiday house, so if you want to experience the beauty of North Norfolk whilst staying in fabulous Sheringham and you're on a tight budget, Sky View is a good option.

The flat was generally very good and in a wonderful position. We cannot criticise anything, but it could be even better with some small improvements, like,
Sorry, but we found the bed too hard
The bathroom needs an extractor
the front facing windows need stays
We only had one key, for two of us
There could be more places to hang things especially in the bathroom

The kitchen bin could be bigger, no bin in bedroom, tiny bin in bathroom no use

Only downside was the twin bedroom was so hot as the windows opened in to a hot conservatory.

Perfect
This flat is the perfect place for us to stay. It is central so easy for shopping, eating out etc. The place was spotless, beds comfortable, and there was the right equipment in the kitchen. Having a sitting room on the front and conservatory and balcony on the back there was always somewhere to sit if it was too hot. We have been visiting Sheringham for decades and this is the best place we have ever stayed. Hope to be back next year.

What a fantastic flat.
Ideally situated in the middle of Sheringham High Street. The flat was very spacious and also had a nice size conservatory and outside decking. Two large screen TV's. Two bedrooms modern kitchen with full size fridge freezer, Washer and Dishwasher.
The only downside was the lack of WI-FI. I wanted to book a week in October but unfortunately it is not available. Overall it is the Ideal place to stay in Sheringham.

Very comfortable & spacious
Great location walked to all local attractions in Sheringham. Beach 10 minutes walk. Great shops and cafe’s scattered throughout. Bus stop & train 10 minutes walk for surrounding towns and villages. Had a great time exploring the area.

Very enjoyable stay right in the centre of Sheringham
This was our 2nd visit, really good home from home. All the amenities you need and a lovely, large conservatory that was exceptionally warm even in the cool weather. Very clean and comfortable, very enjoyable week.

We were a husband, wife and mother in law group. Property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean with good amenities. We were town centre location next to a pub, but we’re not bothered by noise. Only downside was the lack of parking, but we did manage to find a free spot a short walk away.

Lovely property
We were a husband, wife and mother in law group. Property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean with good amenities. We were town centre location next to a pub, but we’re not bothered by noise. Only downside was the lack of parking, but we did manage to find a free spot a short walk away.

The flat is on the high street so all the shops,pubs,restaurants are on your doorstep and you can nip out in the morning for fresh bread and coffee also 5 min walk to the beach so location is great. There is only parking outside the flat for 45 mins during the week but after 6 and all day Sunday you can park outside but we had no issues leaving our car a couple of roads away and walking the 5 mins back to the flat. It was very clean when we arrived and has a dishwasher and washing machine and all the usual items in kitchen it had everything we needed. The conservatory was great and good views it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck and have a drink there is a pub next door but we heard no noise from it ,the bed was good and so was the bathroom with the shower. It was a nice flat to stay in and we had a great time only negative is only 1 door key really needed 2 keys also no wi-fi they had it in the estate agents under the flat but it was private network maybe should have asked them for password. But would come back again as nice place to stay

Perfect
This flat was all we could have wished for. Especially loved the conservatory and balcony. What wonderful views we had over the town to Beeston Bump. The flat was so central too so handy for the beach or the shops. Would definitely stay again.

Love this Flat
I cannot fault this apartment. Very well equipped, everything you need is provided and is great quality and the conservatory is an added bonus. Perfect position in town. Sat out on the decked area at lunchtimes and evenings just watching the view across to Beeston Bump. Used the conservatory a lot, loved throwing open the windows and door to get the wonderful outside /inside experience.Owner is very pleasant to deal with too.

However, there is no wi-fi, you could connect to Arnold Keys downstairs (who own the flat) but when we asked for the password, were told no go???? but to try and log in to the Library over the road!!! Ridiculous! Surely for a small fee this could be rectified!

Great stay in central Sheringham
My wife and I recently stayed for a week at the Sky View in Sheringham . This first floor flat is based right in the centre of Sheringham above the estate agents where you collect your keys which is handy and is a great base for the towns amenities and promenade etc . It also has close access to the handy train station and either large NCP car parking or as we found plenty of free off street parking albeit this may be a 5 minute walk away . The flat is large and spacious and is really nicely presented complete with all the neccesary mod cons and cooking requirements , there is also a large rear conservatory area which seats 4 people comfortably . The main highlight for us however was the external patio area which was superb both in size and also offering an area in full sun and part shade at various parts of the day . We were blessed with a great weeks weather so had breakfast on the patio every morning in shorts and tee shirts and ok so your outlook from this area might not be the best but it does feel quite private even with the pub garden next door.
However with all the good there was a downside to our stay and that was temperature of the flat which at times was unbearably hot . I can only put this down to the large conservatory which was like a sauna during the day , however probably the most comfortable room on an evening . During our stay it was approx 22 degrees most of the week so very nice but not heatwave stuff , however even with the couple of fans kindly provided and all windows open at night it was a struggle to sleep and this did spoil our stay somewhat . They might need to introduce a bit of air con fitting as i`m not sure how else this could be resolved . All that said the accomodation still gets a big 8/10 from us , it would have been a strong 9 if it wasn`t for the temperature .

Great place to stay.
Louise was always very helpful and the flat was perfect. The only thing we did have a problem with was the bed came with a duvet witch we found to be to hot because of the weather and a sheet and bedspread would have been more suitable because of the very hot weather. Having said that we would not hesitate to use again. Thank you .
