The Location is amazing and the staff were nice - you can walk to the slopes easily and you have all what you need directly adjacent to the hotel

the food was average, the sing in for wifi was spam information gathering. requests for deposits for minial things like keys

They seem to have an ant problem in some rooms. ours got very bad after 2 days….bathroom was not very clean plus had bad lightning. my room refrigerator did not work and I had to call several times to get replaced more than 24 h after I let them know…

hard one to review - some of the staff were wonderful but others not. location was great and the area was beautiful and perfect base to explore from.

it felt like as it was Low season they didn’t need to bother. The air con was broken so sleeping was not good, small things like all the cues for the pool table were broken and the bar was never really open despite advertising hours that it was. It just felt like it needed some upkeep. The breakfast was nice but the set dinner was not good at all given it was the only option to eat at night in the area. it was the set menu or nothing, the food was overly heavy and no options for vegetarians or anything simple / healthy at all. We managed to order a hamburger off menu for our child and it was so burnt it was inedible. We tried to explain with our limited Spanish that it was not safe to eat and the waitress rolled her eyes at us and removed it and brought back the exact same plate of burnt food 5 minutes later. When we expressed that it was burnt (using google translate) she threw her arms in the air. all that being said we had a wonderful stay in La Molina and some of the cafes in the village serve wonderful food but they are only open on set days during lunch. Some of the staff were wonderful and the massage was lovely.

A very fine example of modern yet conventional hotel interior design. very friendly and helpful staff and spotless. the food was most pleasing.

when we arrived at La Molina we found it difficult to find the hotel as we did not have a detailed map of what is a huge resort or an electronic navigator. Tourist information office were most helpful although it might be more difficult at the height of the ski season.

they make you pay extra for parking when it is already very expensive and it is safer to pit the car inside. they are not very helpful with restaurants around the area of Alp

The spa at the hotel has an extra cost and limited time. The hotel charge a lot but you have to pay an extra. The Bar is closed almost all day

Location was very easy for lift accessibility, food in the hotel was good and rooms were comfortable and clean

I felt everything was at an extra cost, my 10yr old daughter & I to use the pool & spa facilities €42 for 40 minutes, we were not allowed to use our own flip flops but had to buy from the hotel, car parking €15 per night, some of the staff I felt were just rude.

Size and the cleaning of the room, the location and the view of the restaurant!

The service is very very bad, the staff don't have any patience with the guests and one of them laughed of my face just to not understand what he is talking... If you don't do a reservation for de breakfast, you cant eat, so you will stay hungry... For the dinner is the same, and the city is very small, with a difficult transport situation, so was difficult to book something far because is so cold to go walking. The staff don't give any information for activities... The spa just have one professional to do the massage, so is impossible to book. The jacuzzi is cold. If you want to call a taxi, they just give you the phone and you have to call, because they don't want to do the best for the clients...

Chambre excellent. Grande et confortable. But the kitchenette was not very well equipped. Luckily we were only staying for one night and it did not matter this time but if we had wanted to have a snack of small meal for children it would have been difficult. Meal in restaurant was good and a good value.

As above. Plus internet did not work in bedroom.
