Overall our experience was very good! Nice hotel, good location, close by the fair area. I d recommend for the ones planning a trip to Canton Fair.
Only side services was a bit pricy to us comparing to the other places we stayed in GZ however we left the place satisfied!

The two thing , is food is very pricey as there is no other option around,
The other very important is that food was not mentioned “Halal “ on food displays in the buffet
Although the staff Shakoor, Faisal and F&B manager, the Turkish guy was very helpful and confirmed the meat are Halal, please it’s very important

Great location next to the Canton Fair. Not sure about the 3 minute walk but certainly around 5 minutes in a taxi

Although the hotel is old, the facilities still in good condition.

The location really close to convention centre, however, no restaurant no shopping mall around the hotel, take around 20-30 mins taxi for eat and entainment.
The staff cannot find my included breakfast booking, I need to show my purchase record to re-confirm the breakfast booking.

staff was amazing and friendly specially Hotel manager was help so many times so it was a great stay for me also wifi connection was good and no need to use VPN etc for connection

Wifi reception inside the room was not good and very spotty especially for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was super comfortable.
Good value for money but not for the breakfast, i feel its a little over charged. Its too expensive for a breakfast, no matter how much you can eat.
I would rather increase the cost of the room a little to subsidize the charge of the breakfast.

Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful view to the Pearl river, helpful staff, there were lovely garden outside with pool. It should be nice in the summer. Also indoor pool and fitness is great
If you are more keen to visit or work at Canton fair, location is perfect. However there were not much shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. There is subway construction is going so bit noisy during the day but staff helped us and changed room. Maybe room with no river view might have no noise

I found that the staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The Hotel is really beautiful, however on our first morning for breakfast while enjoying our breakfast we had a few guest spitting while we were eating. My whole holiday was messed after that experience. Breakfast was really busy and so messy. The hotel does not meet international standards when it comes to cleanliness of their restaurant.
