Location great, accommodation great. Wonderful pools. Not an overcrowded resort. Not too many children. Nightly entertainment. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

The breakfasts were really delicious with many choices. Beautiful fruit and pastries. But the hot food was cold. Cold bacon, sausages , tomatoes , beans, hash browns etc.

Sooo relaxing! Location is perfect! Right across from the beach and only a couple of streets away from the garlic lane shopping district - family friendly! And staff were soo incredibly friendly and the place is well maintained

Very good resort and would recommend this to anyone travelling to Bali. Staff extremely friendly and restaurant at hotel serves very good quality food at a reasonable price point. Pools at hotel are oustanding.

A beautiful property, fantastic location, and the staff are amazing. It was also really quiet. I’m not sure if it is always like this or we just stayed at a quiet time but there were rarely more than about 10 people around the pool, always plenty of sun lounges, and no lining up for breakfast or cooked to order eggs etc. Perfect for a relaxing couples getaway. Breakfast with a view of the beach and we enjoyed hopping over the road for a beach swim, or sunset drinks on the sand. We loved our stay and will not hesitate to book again.

A few minor niggles. The curtains and blinds in the junior suite we stayed in did not block out the light from the pathways etc outside which are lit all night so the room was not as dark as we would like. We didn’t seem to have hot water and in our shower. We did ask about this and they suggested to let it run for 5 mins to get hot which we tried but made no difference. We were mostly having quick showers straight after swimming in the pool each evening so ultimately weren’t bothered enough about it to follow up further. And the breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice given the small number of guests however the hot food did often seem to be not as hot as it could be. Overall these were minor things which did not overly detract from what was an extremely enjoyable stay

loved the breakfast, pool was excellent, very good water quality. All the staff were amazing, it is obvious to see you only employ genuine nice people. Location was great, once work is finished on the wall/footpath it will be even better.

Our room was 2nd floor. The room above we think had young children ,every morning about 5-6am, i was woken by the sound of feet running on the floor above and the harsh scraping of wooden furniture on the tile floor. I think at least wooden furniture legs could have felt or rubber protection on the feet to stop the noise at least. I understand the sound of feet running is unavoidable, although annoying when trying to sleep.
