This place is amazing. The location was perfect, a walk across the road to the beach or out the back door to the bay. Alyson, was wonderful to work with. The booking was easy, the price was good for peak of spring break 2024. The location was easy to find, the surrounding buildings were nice and well kept. Fort Pickens is a short distance away for a great day trip and where you can see the Blue Angels when flying, be sure to get there early. Alyson gave us some insider tips for food and attractions (that we second on being top notch) in the area prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for a trip to the beach was located in the house. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay was so peaceful for us all (we even seen dolphins one evening). The place was clean, comfortable with great window lighting and plenty of cooking utensils/flatware. Just be sure to bring your own supplies, we stopped at a local store and bought toiletries and food for the week. They have thought of everything, even providing a few books, magazines, and games. Being closer to the end of the island was very quiet and peaceful and the beaches weren't crowded. It felt very safe, and kid friendly, they even have kids toys in the closet with all the beach stuff. We will be staying here again in the future.

My sisters and I had a girls weekend planned and the condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything as promised, was clean, and well located. The view is great and even though it was cold and we didn’t use the paddle boards and bikes, it was nice that they are offered. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as described. Our boys (14 and 15) loved the bikes, paddleboard and bay side for fishing. We brought our own fishing equipment. They had enough beach chairs for an army, LOL Cant wait to go back. Wentzville, Mo

Unit was pretty much as shown in pictures. If there was any negative, it would have been nice if there were a few more amenities supplied such as more than 1 dishwasher soap pac, more than 1 roll of paper towels, bathroom toiletries such as a couple bars of soap. When only staying 4 nights, you hate to have to go and buy extras of these items, as you can't just buy a couple. Otherwise, we were happy and Alyson was great to work with.

I’ve stayed here twice now and have zero complaints. 2 min walk from the beach and tons of space inside a super clean and cute condo. Book this place!

This townhouse was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of detailed information. Plenty of comfortable beds and furniture. We would definitely stay again!

This is our 3rd year staying at this Condo. There's more than enough room for a large family. The Paddle boards and bicycles are a big plus ! The Condo is in excellent condition and well equipped. Close to the boardwalk and great restaurants. Balcony overlooking the bay, 30 feet out the back door or walk across the street to swim in the Gulf !. You will not be sorry with this Condo and Alyson is a wonderful host !!

Our family included a 5 year old, two 11 year olds, myself and hubs with my aging mother. We selected this condo for the views and all the amenities, so we could pack light and squeeze everyone in the minivan. Our host Alyson, was superb, and the views did not disappoint. We enjoyed fabulous dinners watching the sunset, and the gulf was a quick walk across the street. Rented a pontoon boat and had easy access to the dock. We caught crab from the pier and enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes. Alyson’s advice to get into Peg Legs was super convenient. Great seafood and an amazing burger. My favorite rental at Pensacola beach!

The unit was well equipped and perfect for a long weekend! Great location and owner was really easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Even though we didn’t get to spend much time soaking up the sun due to weather we still had a good time. Having the Sabine right behind the condo worked out great. The owners had all kinds of water toys to enjoy. The paddle boards made it fun to enjoy the water and the bikes made for some great bike rides checking out the homes and shops on the beach. Great restaurants in the area like Peg Legs, Crabs, Flounders, and the Grand Marlin are all within walking distance or a short bike or car ride. Also a short ride across the bay to Gulf Breeze for the grocery stores and other restaurants. We only stayed a few days for a quick get a way but the condo was perfect for the trip with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend and will book it again if it’s available during our next trip to Pensacola Beach to visit friends and family in the area.

Stayed here for 4 nights in early April and loved it! The location was close to many attractions but also felt very private. The owner responded to questions promptly and gave some very helpful tips, such as how to get on Yelp waiting lists for in-demand restaurants. There was a generous supply of linens, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach was lovely and we had very easy access to it across the street, but we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the gorgeous views of the bay (including many dolphin sightings!). The bikes, paddle boards, and beach chairs provided made our time there extra enjoyable. (Would recommend protective foot gear for swimming in the bay to avoid scrapes/cuts from some barnacles in the area; we wore rubber slip on shoes and were fine.)

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Well-stocked kitchen and very clean space. We loved the bikes and paddle boards provided! The views from the house are incredible and the location is amazing! I would highly recommend this home.

Surprisingly, it worked wonderfully, for the size. A very well stocked kitchen. Bikes and paddle boards were utilized, even though the weather was less than ideal.

We had an amazing experience at Treehouse. We stayed in 424 and could not ask for a better experience. It is a beautiful house and in a perfect spot. You can bike anywhere you want to go and step out of the back door to paddle board. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! What an amazing location! Alyson was an awesome host who thought of everything we needed for a stay at the beach! We were able to enjoy mornings and evenings by the bay while walking across the street to the beach each day! Pensacola Beach at it's best!!

We have nothing negative to say about the Treehouse. Sunrise and sunset off the bay were beautiful with dolphin sigtings each day. Definitely would book with Alyson again.

We had a marvelous week at the Treehouse. All of the spaces were perfect for our family, and we lacked nothing as far as amenities. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do, and the views of the bay were spectacular. We even encountered dolphins swimming by when we were out on the paddle boards! The host also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We are already talking about when we can return.

We had a great experience at this condo. Well-equiped with all the toys for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all needed for eight of us. Beds were comfy and all very clean. Thanks to host for making our family reunion memorable

Perfect place for our family of 8. Quite, peaceful, and convenient. Very clean and had everything we needed. Enough chairs for everyone, cooler, life jackets, bikes, boards, beach toys, beach wagon, even a nice pack and play for our 1 year old. Loved the bay in the back and beach across the street. Nice decor, furnishings, and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and a nice laundry room. This was our second time at 424 and plan to return. Thank you so much for sharing your place.

The house was clean and roomy. We appreciated having beach chairs, bikes, and paddle boards! Our family had so much fun! Bay in backyard and gulf just across the street! Perfect location.

This is my 2nd stay at this property and I was so happy to be able to stay here again. The sound is right outside the back door and the Gulf is just across the street. The teens really enjoyed the paddle boards in the sound and riding the bicycles as well. Alyson keeps her place in great condition and is well equipped. She is a joy to work with. You can not go wrong with this property, I am looking forward to coming back !

The townhome is perfect! Well supplied, comfortable furniture, amazing location and the bikes and paddle boards were great and added so much fun to the stay. The host was great at communicating. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

It is the perfect location for an experience at Pensacola Beach. The bay on one side and the gulf on the other makes for all day entertainment and beauty. The use of bikes, some water toys and gear made it super easy to enjoy all the location has to offer. The Emerald Coast is a must see and the Treehouse was a perfect place to do it.

Our experience was easy and all around amazing! I don't believe we had any problems with anything the whole trip!
