Zwróciłbym uwagę na personel sprzątający ponieważ bylismy na sniadaniu i bez naszej wiedzy zostało wymienione smietniki i reczniki mimo ze nie wymeldowalismy się z hotelowego pokoju to nasze rzeczy osobiste znajdowały się w srodku . Nie polecam zbytnio udogodnienia spa poniewaz woda była na 28 C bardzo zimna , jesli chce ktos popływać to radzę pójść wcześnie aby nie bylo tłumów z dziećmi .

The hotel rooms was clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

17.05.24 near 14-15 o’clock We arrived at the hotel for check-in and were very unpleasantly greeted by the woman at the reception. She was rude to us after seeing our passport and nationality. Later, the shift changed, and the other women were pleasant.

Отлично провели три дня в Санатории Sanssouci! Обязательно вернёмся ещё и думаю не раз! Персонал очень приветливый, большое спасибо медсестре Олесе за замечательные процедуры(аромаванна и соляная пещера), отдохнули от души! Ресторану и шеф -повару огромная благодарность, и завтраки и ужины были очень вкусными. Также девушки в кафетерии были очень приветливые, в первый день мы перекусили там супчиком и чиабатой с рыбкой, ням-ням! Спа-сектор с саунами и бассейном были слегка переполнены, но это и понятно, всем нравится Sansucci!!! Здесь есть всё для отдыха, расслабления и при желании курортного лечения в сопровождении врача! Желаем вам успехов и процветания! До новых встреч!

Небольшие очереди за кофе на завтрак, в остальном все отлично!

Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen

Staff were friendly in general, and helpful, also a parking is available. The lady in the spa reception is very kind, friendly, and helpful and made our stay become easier

I booked two rooms with dinner, the stay & food were very poor. Two days before the travel, I got an email that they gave two rooms in the green house which is very far away from the blue house( the building with dinner restaurant) both buildings are connected by an underground tunnel with stairs. Because my mom has feet, knees and spine problems and she use a walker(Rollator), and she can't climb up the stairs at all, I send a message asking if we can change the rooms to the blue house and explained the health issues of my mom and how hard for her to go to the dinner. They replied that the hotel is fully booked and they can't change the booking anymore. It was very bad experience to go to the dinner for a person with a mobility problems. the way takes first day more than 37 minutes to reach the dinner, because of the 14 steps stair before the tunnel , there is a stairs lift available but was too long process to get it work, we asked an employee to help and takes a lot of time. On Day2 dinner way takes 22 minutes. Check-in is a bit long process even with online registration. Talk to the receptionist in English, he answered in German. Rooms were very basic, very old lightning & annoying, all lights were direct into the eyes, there was no bedside lamp. Wall socket is on the opposite side of the bed, there was one in the corner but far away from the bed. One room has a bath tube which is not fits the barrier free badge of the hotel. One room has a door inside the room leading to another door to the next room and it was open which is bad & scary & we couldn't leave any documents or valuable stuff in this room. Dinner was okay, Breakfast not much, many basic things were missing, basic bread options, also the signs of food was missing for many things, so you can't know what the food is or from what the sauce is made. Room door was not closing properly & needed to close and push very hard to close it.

Das Essen war vielseitig und ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben war das Angebot an frischem Obst. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt zu ausgedehnten Touren. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel, das Zentrum erreicht man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß und die Wälder um Karlsbad sind direkt zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Schwimmhalle ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Das Frühstück sowie Abendbrot waren frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel war sauber und lag relativ ruhig. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Zimmer,Essen,freier Eintritt zum Pool und Sauna) nur zu empfehlen. Das Personal sprach z.T. Englisch und Deutsch.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es im Spielzimmer temporär nach Zigarettenrauch roch. Als Nichtraucher hat man dafür leider eine sehr empfindliche Nase. Desweiteren war das ein oder andere Spielzeug kaputt, dies sollte ausgetauscht werden. Gerade im Spabereich (Villa Mercedes) sollte renoviert werden (schleifende Türen,Rost).

The food was great, the treatments were great! Truly such a relaxing experience. The pool is definitely on the larger side and has a flat walls for swimming laps. Additionally, it was too crowded so you never had to wait long for a place in the sauna, pool, or jacuzzi.

Some of the facilities could have been cleaned more (ie dust on the beatuful wood beams by the pool). Also, my husband would have liked the Floating area to be a bit cleaner and perhaps up-dated, as well.

המלון מיושן ולא מודרני, לא משהו שמרגיש כמו 5 כוכבים- החל מהמבנה ועד ללבוש של אנשי הצוות.

Karlovy Varyt valóban látni kell. Nagyon szép városka, amihez nyilvány a hegyek közötti fekvése is hozzá járul. A Hotel egy hatalmas, több épületből álló komplexum. Mi a "zöld" épületben kaptunk szobát. Bőséges reggeli és vacsora választék. Finom ételek és a személyzet folyamatosan töltötte a büfé asztalt. Mindig minden étel elérhető volt, semmi nem volt kifogyva. Törülközők és fürdőköpeny rendelkezésre álltak. Szauna, gőzkabin, jakuzzi és a medence használat benne van az árban. A belvárostól egy kellemes séta távolságra van a szállás, de a helyi busz megállója a hotel előtt van. Busszal négy megálló a belváros.

Sajnos a hotel területén lévő parkoló zsúfolt és fizetős. A vacsorához különböző folyosókon és lépcsőházakon keresztűl, a hotel "kék" épületébe kellett menni. Ez két föld alatti folyosót és ötszöri liftezést (vagy lépcsőzést) jelent. A hotel vendégei számához mérten viccesen kicsi a négy személyes pezsgőfürdő. A recepció melletti bárban a személyzet egyes tagjainál lehetett csak kártyával fizetni, volt aki azt mondta nincs kártyás fizetési lehetőség. A szoba számlájához sem írják fel az italokat, ahogy a vacsoránál is azonnal ki kellett fizetni a külön rendelt alkoholos italokat. Igaz, hogy alkohol mentes italok korlátlanul járnak az étkezésekhez. A fürdőszoba és a wc nagyon kicsi. Sajnos a falak is vékonyak, a szomszéd horkolását egészen jól hallottuk az éjszaka folyamán.

Simple hotel, big choice for the breakfast.

Most of the Spa treatments didn't work during the weekend, which is bad as we only came for the weekend... Late evening and early morning, it was too loud outside because of the people talking and laughing at the bar next to the main entrance. At the swimming pool, there are several saunas, but only one has access allowing swimsuit on, but it was not working...

We bookex 2 rooms one was big another one not. The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

One of two rooms we booked was way smaller and didn't have enough cleaning sets provided. Additionally as we were family members they reserved our rooms in totally different directions. Swimming pool and sauna were ok but staff was not friendly there. You need some tubes for the kids.

Nice and quiet location with a good size swimming pool.

Staff has limited English knowledge.

Staff better connecting with guests. Learning and using names, smiling.

Excellent facility. Pool needs better hours designed for guests, and not perpetual maintenance. They are not building anything.

A bit away from city center

Swimming pool, sauna, but jacuzzi is very small that can fit only three people. Every ten minutes it takes break for 10 minutes.

Name is resort, but there isn’t any resort, only mini golf for kids. Nothing outdoor at all.

Neat rooms, great and tasty breakfast.

In the evening, there was only one administrator working at the reception desk, and there were queues of people waiting. Uncomfortable pillows in the room. In the courtyard, the view from the window was to a ruined building.

breakfast is ok. no croissants but different types of bread and sweet pastries. price is good.

it’s a hotel from the 60/70s no wellness... meaning they have a good pool for sports and there is a sauna but it does not feel cozy. very small sauna area, everything too close / cramped and no relax area.

I absolutely must prize the staff in the restaurant and superb quality and choice of the breakfast and dinner. Choice, setting, ambience and attentivness of all staff at the restaurant. Chefs did marvelous job with the multiple choices of meat, veg and fish food, everything very clean and all tasty.

I thought it was strange that there was a coffee machine in the room but you need to buy coffee capsules at the bar. I think a kettle and a few bags of coffee and tea in the room would make it so much more pleasant. This is not hotel fault, but I thought for such a big facility, steam sauna of 2 x 0.5 metre was extremely claustrophobic, not sure what the designer was thinking when designing such a miniscule steam sauna.

Very clean, nice location, renewed rooms, nice whirlpool too. The pool is nice to chill. On the hillside it is 15 minutes walk from Karlovy Vary city center, or 3 stops with the bus.

One check in person at the counter, took over 20 minutes to check in with one person waiting in front. The basic standard rooms do NOT have air conditioning which makes 30+ degrees unbearable. Make sure to book a room with air condition during hit summer days.
