Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Le lieu est propre et bien situé.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'il n y est pas de rideaux sur les lits superposé ! Aucune intimité.

quick and easy check-in. Kitchen is excellent. Bathroom and room are super clean. The staff were polite and gave a lot of recommendations for sightseeing. Nice location and amenities are good. Spacious hostel.

It’s a throwback European-style hostel. If you missed those traveling days in the 1980s-1990s, you can get that experience here. You can be as social as you want or you can be a loner. It’s all good. I slept like a log each night and never had to wait for the shower or toilet. Location can’t be beat. What’s not to like?

La chambre vétuste et moisie d'un très mauvais rapport qualité prix... mal insonorisée et humide. Les lits ne sont même pas faits à l'arrivée. Nous avons séjourné à l'auberge KS de Takayama qui était bien meilleure.Serviettes de toilette en supplément ! A plus de 100 euros la nuit c'est exagéré. Éclairage ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre. Mauvaise ambiance pour une auberge où généralement les rencontres sont un plus . Personne ne répond au bonjour. Impossible d'avoir une table pour dîner les 2 soirs où nous sommes restés. Certes ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hébergement en même temps l'accueil n'est pas des plus chaleureux non plus. Bref énorme déception.

It felt like a home. Very comfortable and homey vibes. My favourite kind of hostel. Amazing kitchen with bits to cook with. Lots of bathrooms that are hot. Beds comfy. Bike rental and cute slippers. The lounge was a lovely place to chill Location is great, near the lake and bus stop around the lake and to center. Such a beautiful path near by to view fuji. You can see fuji pretty much anywhere. Staff very helpful and kind.

No curtain on bed was a little impersonal but you get used to it.

ממוקם ליד האגם, שזה נחמד. יש שירותים ומקלחת בכל קומה ושפע של מטיילים מכל העולם. המטבח מצויד טוב מאוד, גדול ומרווח אז יש מקום לכולם.

הרגיש לי שאנשי הצוות מוכוונים מאד לרווחיות בלבד. כשבוע לפני ההגעה להוסטל התכתבנו עם הצוות בבוקינג כדי לשלוח את המוצילות שלנו לאחסון עד ההגעה להוסטל. היינו באלפים היפנים ולא רצינו להסתובב עם המוצילות הכבדות. הצוות דאג להדגיש שזה יעלה 200 ין ללילה לכל מוצילה. אישרנו שאנחנו מבינים. כשהגענו להוסטל לעשות צ׳ק אין, איש הצוות לקח אותנו לחדר הציוד לפני סיום הצ׳ק אין, ונתן לנו את המוצילות שלנו. ככה יצא שהיינו עם 2 מוצילות גדולות ועוד 2 קטנות, שזה מאוד מסורבל. ביקשתי ממנו שיתן לבעלי את המפתח לחדר כדי שיעלה בנתיים את המוצילות הכבדות, שהרי כבר שילמנו על השהייה שם מראש. הוא ניסה בנחמדות להגיד לי ״כן כן רק בואו תשלמו לי על האחסון של המוצילות״ אמרתי לו שאני אשאר איתו לשלם לו, ובנתיים בעלי יעלה לחדר. והוא פשוט לא היה מוכן לתת לנו את המפתח! הוא החזיק אותו בן ערובה אפילו שהראתי לו את המזומן ביד. אחרי שהבאתי לו את המזומן ביקשתי שוב שיתן לבעלי את המפתח. מבוכה עצומה, ומאוד לא נעים. שמעתי עוד מטיילת שאיתה הוא התעקש על תשלום באותו רגע על תשלום עבור איבוד מפתח, והיא ביקשה עוד זמן כדי לחפש אותו ונאמר לה שהיא צריכה לשלם באותו רגע. הרגשתי רע עבורה. כדאי שתדעו שגם מגבת עולה כסף (100 ין). בנוסף שמו אותנו בחדר שליד השירותים, ועד השעות הקטנות של הלילה היו אנשים שהשתמשו במייבש השיער וזה הקשה עלינו מאוד לישון.
