Very nice hotel, with super friendly staff. The room was spacious, and they have a nice wellness area downstairs with a sauna and steam bath, which is great for relaxation after a long day at the slopes. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the slopes. We also paid for a depot option with the place from which we rented the skis (next to the Ciampinoi lift) so we di not even had to carry our skis and boots back and forth to the hotel. The Ciampinoi lift is a 5 min walk, and the Costabella lift (to access the other skiing area) at most 10 mins walk away. Their dinner option is a huge value for money. We picked up the option for half-board to ensure that we will always have dinner available, and we had plans to visit other dining places as well. We ended up eating all times at the hotel restaurant. They serve 5-piece dinners, spaced out over time, so you do not end up feeling stuffed at the end. Their sommelier was super friendly and always had good suggestions.

We added this hotel as an extra night in Wolkenstein, we already had booked another hotel for 4 nights. I really wished that we had stayed at Hotel Armin for the whole period. The staff were extremely well trained, professional but also friendly, as was the owner. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The food was very good and incredibly good value. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. This was not our first visit to Wolkenstein and we will be back next year too. We will definitely be staying at Hotel Armin.

Very clean, spacious, beautiful premises. Excellent breakfast. The spa is included and lovely, and the staff was very helpful by extending the opening hours a little due to our late check-in. We had half-board with a 5 course dinner, which was well worth the price. A very extensive wine list for enthusiasts. Location is in the middle of town, flexible parking in front of the hotel.

A fine establishment. Receptionists and dining staff professional, friendly, and efficient. Room is nice and comfortable. Meals are excellent. Overall quality very good for the price.

The room was a bit cold when we checked in. It got warmer later on.

I liked everything about my stay at Armin hotel. Great location close to beautiful hiking trails, delicious food especially dinners (I’ve never seen/tried some of the dishes) Staff was really nice, polite and kind. They helped me figure out how to get there from the train station and how to move around (detailed instructions and maps were provided even though I still got lost a few times lol) My room was always clean. I also enjoyed a wellness center (sauna, aroma showers, jacuzzi) Everything was perfect ! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH 🙏❤️

The staff were absolutely delightful - cheerful, helpful, and they spoke excellent English! Our room was described as ‘economy’, but was a big, well-equipped room with a nice little outdoor terrace, and a small but adequate ensuite. We were at the back of the property so could have the window open at night without too much road noise. The meals were delicious. Breakfast was a substantial buffet with a wide range of foods and the dinners were excellent. There was a good secure bike room.

The parking was tight and, because we had to park at the side of the hotel, we had to leave our key with reception so they could move it if necessary. However, right in the centre of Selva, it was good to get parking at the hotel!

This hotel is clearly managed with great love. The hotel staff made every guest feel they are special. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

It is a very well-organized hotel with wonderful staffs. I got an upgrade for free. The breakfast was great as well as the dinner of 4 courses. I will surely stay there again if I have the chance.
