Great location, free parking, lovely staff.

One of our rooms was downstairs next to the kitchen and the dining room. During breakfast time it was quite noisy.

Good breakfast, good bathroom, Helmut helpful. Good location for Val Lungo walk.

I thought there would be a balcony but no...disappointing.

Fantastic location right on the slopes. Perfect for skiing! Owners were incredibly kind and made a lovely breakfast each morning with fresh juice and eggs. I was encouraged to make a sandwich for lunch as well. The room was comfortable and warm with a great view from the balcony.

Host, Helmut, was great! Breakfast was great. Location was great. Balcony was great. Bed was super comfortable. Nice and quiet.

This is a great place to stay in selva, or in the Dolomites if you are coming for cycling. After doing a tonne of research, this is the perfect place to base yourself for a few days. I chose this property because it was the cheapest in Selva and based on the photos and reviews, it was comparable to other more expensive properties. Firstly, the hosts were absolutely welcoming. For every morning at breakfast they made sure I was well fed ready for cycling. They even told me to make a bread roll to have later on the bike. There was muesli, yoghurt, a wide variety of proper bread rolls, jams and spreads, ham and cheese, some fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. The room itself looks a bit old but everything is really clean. Housekeeping kept everything in order. I liked the toiletries. Bed was comfortable. The mattress was better than my own at home. I got a piece of fruit everyday in my room - apple and/or banana. The exterior of the house was great, I really liked all the plants and flowers. The host seems to be quite keen on the plants :) no other Garnis in the town has this many flowers. they have a very cute cat who goes to his box every evening at 7 pm. Location is great, close to a very good pizza restaurant just down the road. Close to the supermarkets and a two bike rental shops. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to cycle in the Dolomites. Pro tip: this property is affiliated with the tourism office of südtirol, so you get an unlimited bus and train ticket throughout the region. you can take your bike and put it in the luggage compartment in the bus and start/finish in corvara for example. When you leave this place you can also use the ticket to ride on the train all the way to Trento.

Everything was good. Suggestion: It would be an even more attractive place to stay for cyclists if laundering of cycling kits is possible - I don’t mind paying for it, and air drying is sufficient.

Beautiful place and very kind owners. My room was large, clean, beautiful bathroom, balcony with the mounting sightseeing. Lovely flowers everywhere. Good breakfast. As women traveing alone I felt very safe and comfortable.

Great place where to spent your holiday. I really enjoyed staying there. Every morning was very tasteful breakfast served by the most hospitable person I have ever met. The bus stop is very near so you can easily go to the trip for example to passo sella or passo pordoi and also supermarket is nearby so you can go shopping some food.

There were not opened almost any restaurant in the time of my stay so the food was a little bit problem because there is no room when you can cook your own meal.

I really loved the place.Very cozy, I felt like home. The owners are lovely people, they make you feel welcomed.The breakfast was good, with good options to start your hiking day.The view over the bug mountains is just amazing and perfect for every morning.
