Great location and a very helpful staff

I arrived after 7pm so I was given the code to the door and picked up the keys once inside, which all went smoothly. It was great having an elevator as the apartment was on the 3rd floor, which would be a bit of a trek with luggage (or shopping!). The apartment had everything I needed, including air con, and the views from the windows were just fabulous. The location is perfect - quiet but central, a few minute walk to all the sights and several small supermarkets. It wouldn't be more convenient. The church just across the square has Puccini recitals every evening, which was a lovely bonus.

The apartment was stunning. Perfect central location, gorgeous view and a very comfortable bed.
I definitely recommend and hope to come back soon !

The apartment is a short walk from the Train station and located next to the Piazza Napoleone. There are pastry shops and restaurants near by. The apartment had a large bedroom and separate living room. The washing machine came in handy for us because were in Italy for a month. I just can't say enough nice things about the location and apartment.

Excellent location near bars, restaurants and train station. Bed was very comfy with lovely bedding and apartment was spotlessly clean. Hosts were excellent to deal with and provided tea, coffee and toiletries. Extra bedding was also provided and aircon was great. Hosts also gave discount card to use in restaurant beside apartment which we used several time and food was lovely and not expensive.
Wifi was not available at all times during the day but we were given various wifi options for the apartment block and one of them usually worked. Would have liked an oven just as an extra but managed fine with microwave.

Brilliant location for visiting the city. The air conditioning was of a high standard. The accommodation was spotlessly clean.
Some slight noise from the pedestrian walkway between nearby piazzas and when festival concerts are playing.

The location was excellent . Lovely area and quiet .
When checking out it would have been helpful to have someone to order a taxi because there was a storm and we had to get to the bus station to get to the airport early in the morning. Landlord sent me the contact number for a Taxi but no English spoken.

Such a beautiful apartment in Lucca. We loved this place som much that we forwarded our stay from one week to two weeks. The apartment is in a quiet street, close to everything, trainstation, bars, restaurants and shopping. The owners are so kind and helpful and they are there to help you all the time. The apartment is so clean and nice with everything you need for a longtime stay. We loved this place and will go back. And Lucca is a lovely city!

Location brilliant, apartments clean, spacious and tidy. Superb spot for the concerts at the Lucca Festival. Andrea great guy really helpful, kept our bags beyond check out securely which gave us another morning in the city.

FROM ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY EVERYTHING JUST FELL INTO PLACE. THE APARTMENT WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN HAD BEEN ANTICIPATED AND IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE AIRCON AVAILABLE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THERE WAS A WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, IRONING BOARD WITH IRON, MICROWAVE AND HOB FOR ANYONE WANTING TO COOK MEALS. EVEN THE LIQUID FOR THE WASHER WAS PROVIDED. THE HOSTS WERE EXCELLENT AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THEY EVEN PROVIDED A DISCOUNT CARD FOR THE ASTRA BAR LOCATED ROUND THE CORNER WHICH WE VISITED MANY TIMES.
WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WITH ADDITIONAL BED LINEN. TOWELS AND TOILET ROLLS WERE REPLACED AS WAS SHOWER/HAIR GEL BUT NOT BEDDING

The Residence surpassed our expectations - it was clean and spacious, with wonderful high ceilings and big windows. It was very well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The sofa bed was also very comfortable.
Despite being in the 'historic centre, the location was quiet, apart from bird song!
Altogether a delightful find. Highly recommended.
Maybe another set of sheets to use on the sofa bed? But this is a minor detail - there were plenty of pillows.

Very big apartment in ideal location in the city. I would not call the city quiet at all, but the apartment is in a quieter part and very big. I used it alone but it would have been convenient for a family that wanted to save money by cooking, as it had a kitchen. Owners very friendly and could accomodate my arrival at night.
While nothing was missing per se, a minimal amount of ammenities like shower gel would have been very welcome for the budget traveler arriving with just hand luggage. Also ideal would have been unused power sockets near the bed. Not a big deal and all too commong, but had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone over night. Also for some reason there were hooks for the towels, but the towels had no loop to hang them. There is a towel rack, so no real problem though.

The apartment was spacious and clean with wonderful views of the campanile and city. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and functioned well. The kitchen was well equipped.
The location is very central if a little hard to find.I had to ring our hosts who came and guided us. We were very close by but google was a bit confused.
Having a lift was a saviour for us.
Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. The 1 hour Puccini concert in the church near by was a highlight.
We enjoyed our stay in Lucca.
