N2 (maison entière rénovée) maison contemporaine en duplex blanc offre une élégance moderne et un confort pour les vacanciers exigeants. La maison située au centre de la ville prend 5 minutes des métros de la gare de Séoul. Toute la maison a été entièrement rénovée avec une facilité lumineuse et astucieuse d'ambiance NewYorker et une touche de détails coréens. La maison se compose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une charmante table à manger en marbre, une mezzanine et un coin canapé près de la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue principale en direction de la gare de Séoul.
La maison contemporaine blanche N2, duplex récemment rénové près de la gare de Séoul, offre un confort moderne et élégant pour les vacanciers exigeants. Toute la maison a été entièrement rénovée avec une touche lumineuse et astucieuse d'ambiance new-yorkaise et une touche d'esthétique coréenne.
N2 est né de la première maison Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N) qui a remporté le prix d'architecture 2016 et 2015 Beautiful house by Seoul City Major; offre moins de caractéristiques authentiques mais un séjour nettement plus gai pour les plus grands groupes d'invités.
La maison dispose de 2 étages plus une mezzanine donnant sur la salle à manger au deuxième étage (le joyau de N2!). Chaque étage a ses propres toilettes et salle de douche (2 salles de bain au total) pour le confort des invités.
L'espace et les commodités peuvent accueillir quatre personnes confortablement et jusqu'à huit personnes si nécessaire. Vous allez adorer votre séjour en N2!
La salle à manger principale est le cœur de la maison. Situé au deuxième étage ouvrant avec son spectaculaire plafond de 5 mètres de haut. Il comprend une table à manger en marbre de 4 mètres avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, une lampe miroir Kartell, une planche à roulettes Andy Warhol et un miroir rose par Kartell et une terrasse! Le deuxième étage est l'endroit où vous pouvez lire le matin près du canapé à côté d'un mur de fenêtre expansé donnant sur la gare de Séoul ou dîner & amp; vin après une longue visite de Séoul dans la salle à manger.
Au premier étage, la chambre principale offre un lit king size avec 50 TV. La chambre d'hôtes est dotée de deux lits super simples, les deux chambres sont composées de hauts plafonds en bois exposés de manière romantique, qui ont été préservés pendant 80 ans lors de sa construction. Également disponible pour votre commodité, laveuse / sécheuse près des toilettes séparées et de la salle de douche.

Our family found the home to be perfect for us. Everything was as described with the home, location and process.
The thing that stood out to me most was our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Sunny helped us book a van from Incheon and back and even helped move times intra-trip. She was so gracious and even answered a couple of questions I had about the area that were totally unrelated to the rental. I have stayed in dozens of host homes and Sunny stands out for going over and above.

Sunny’s place in Seoul was a perfect location for us to further explore this amazing city. It was central, comfortable, and roomy. The washer/dryer was a huge plus. Check-in was so simple and Sunny was incredibly responsive to questions and requests. Thank you!

The communication with Sunny prior to us arriving was excellent. She quickly responded to all my questions, from the time I finalized our booking (Jan '23) until our last days of stay (mid June). We booked a private van through her (she only does scheduling) which lessened the stress of arriving in a new country. The driver holds up a sign with your name right outside of Customs lol. We also scheduled the same service for our departure flight.
Her property is in an ideal location, given that it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Seoul Station. It made traversing their subway system simpler - most of the other districts are within one train ride or one transfer away. There are so many restaurants within steps from the property.The nearest 7-11 is literally a "stones throw away"... I made the hike up to Namsan Seoul Tower every morning. We would walk down to Namdaemun Market to get some food or shop.
The property itself was big enough to accommodate our family comfortably. We are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and 1 adult). The steps up to the property and the stairs inside are quite steep initially, but you get used to it. All the "creature comforts" of home are provided for you. And Sunny is just an email away, and now that you're in the same time zone as her, the responses come back in within minutes.
Thank you Sunny for everything. It was truly a great experience and it will always be a part of our first family trip to Seoul.

Great location 10 mins uphill walk from Seoul station with several stairs. Pack light, there are washer and dryer and a stocked, full kitchen. At least 5 coffee shops and 6 restaurants on the street.

The apartment was fantastic - perfect for 2 adults and 2 grown up kids to use a base for exploring Seoul - and room for more! Location was ideal - easy walk from Seoul Station for arrival/ departures and access to Seoul metro for exploring Seoul - and walking distance to central Seoul - Namsan Park, Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong and much more. Lots of great restaurants close by and great facilities in the apartment to cater for a nigh in. Sunny was instant in her response to any quests we had and check-in and departure was very easy.

My wife and I stayed in Sunny's lovely and artful home on our visit to Seoul, South Korea. We were there to visit with my son stationed there for a year. He took a train from his base to the Seoul Station, we took the train there from Incheon Intl. Airport, and we all relaxed and did our sight-seeing from this lovely, custom condo. This home is really just 10 minutes walk from Seoul Station (take Gate 10, btw), just to the east and up a hill.
The accommodations were highest quality! The gracious attention to our every concern was rather astonishing! Our Hosts Sunny and her husband and their adult daughter speak excellent English, and were very helpful in getting is situated, oriented, and comfortable.
There are two very nice bedrooms downstairs, as noted. The beds are on the firm side, but reasonably so. And, you have to be able to handle somewhat steep stairs. My wife and I are in our 60's, and had no problems with the stairs.
In addition to the downstairs bedrooms (that can sleep 4), there is a sunroom with a small fold-out couch, a loft accessed by a ladder from the kitchen area, a new, full-size washer and dryer set (top quality, again), custom bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, and a *NEW* full-sized, top quality refrigerator. There is also a lovely balcony deck (teak wood?) accessed from the dining area as well.
Everything was very, very clean and comfortable! The home has radiant heat in the floors that are managed through the owners' smart devices.
We stayed 12 full days, could have comfortably stayed longer, and I would definitely stay there again if we return. We would highly recommend this residence to any visitor to Seoul - especially if you are an American like me that doesn't speak the language and needs some pointers from hosts who understand you perfectly! ;-)

Sunny was beyond accommodating, the kitchen was a lovely, roomy space to chat after a day's exploration, super close to public transportation hub and several good restaurants within 10 minute's walk. My kids really liked the loft and the bathrooms were modern and very comfortable. We left our kids one evening to go to dinner with no qualms as the accommodations felt very safe. Could hike up Namsan out the door. Seoul is a truly lovely place to visit as the people are SO polite and charming and Sunny was no exception. She is very willing to help make the arrival and departure days as comfortable as possible. I wish we could have stayed even longer. Comfortable beds and full size w/d. Quality hiardryer.

This was our first trip to Korea with a group of 8 in our family. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Sunny’s place fit perfectly for this size of a group. 2 bathrooms were a must and having a washer/dryer was very useful. The location is convenient being so close to Seoul Station. It’s a 5 minute walk to exit 10 of Seoul Station. We used the subway and bullet train to get around Korea. There are multiple restaurants up and down the street and a 7-11 next door. Sunny arranged for a jumbo taxi to pick us up at the airport. That was so helpful after a long flight which arrived late at night. The big van could fit the 8 of us and 10 large suitcases. Sunny was really great with communicating the details of our stay. She answered all of our questions right away! She checked in on us before, during and after our stay! We appreciate how easy Sunny made it to get acclimated to our visit in Korea. One note on the house is if you are traveling with young children or the elderly, keep in mind the stairs that connect the first floor and second floor are steep. We enjoyed our trip to Korea and it was great stay with Sunny!

This place is amazing. My family of four (kids 10/11yr) stayed here for two weeks and traveled all around South Korea. The location is perfectly central and set just below the beautiful Namsan Park. Being one block from the subway entrance to Seoul station (#10) and the easy accessibility of cabs makes commuting all around Seoul beyond convenient. The house is beautiful with a fun, young city vibe. Super clean, safe location and very comfortable. Cold A/C, great TV, WiFi and channel selection. Beautiful showers, comfortable mattresses, hot water, great h2o pressure and a washer and dryer! Hard to find in Korea.
The food located all around is great. A Japanese noodle place just outside the front steps is incredible, several bbq places up the street too. We enjoyed a seriously great burger (needed a US food kick every now and then) at The Burger Guys just one block up, and a 7 Eleven next door providing you with anything you need. Itaewon just a few minutes away is a great entertainment district (20’s/30’s) with foods from all over the world. Namsan tower is a fun family hike (a lot of steps) with a beautiful view awaiting up top. Namdaemun Market is a short walk and a great place to shop the markets and enjoy the street food. On top of it all, add the generosity and hospitality from Sunny and family, professional hosting at its best! You know you’ve found a great VRBO when you feel so at home. Thank you for making our very special trip to Korea such a wonderful and memorable experience. Looking forward to returning and always send our best.

We stayed in this wonderful modern house for three days. It's very close to Seoul Station (take exit 10 out of the underground, turn left and walk up the hill two blocks). The location is really great. We walked everywhere. Once we took the metro to the national park, but otherwise walking was our preferred mode of transportation. There are many good choices of places to eat nearby, too.
The house was bright, beautiful, and clean. The bathrooms are excellent with fantastic water pressure! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen/dining area was a perfect place for us to gather for both planning our days and finishing them! We liked the narrow balcony right off the kitchen where sometimes we sat to have coffee or a cocktail.
An extra bonus was organizing the trip with Sunny and Jane (the owners), they were so helpful. They offered excellent suggestions on the house and the neighborhood which we definitely availed ourselves to! Overall, perfect 10 people and house!! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great location within walking distance to the Seoul subway and train station. Sunny was extremely helpful during our trip and very responsive to emails. Arranged our pick up at the airport. Would definitely use again for our next visit to Seoul.

Our host Sunny is super awesome. She is so detailed and extremely helpful. Her response time is super quick and her house is perfect for our party of 6.
Sunny is fluent in English and gives you tips on getting around. She also helps with translating where you want to go in Korean so you can simply show it to the taxi driver.
Her house is just 10 mins away (walking) from seoul station. Near to main attractions such as Namsan, Namdaemun and Myeongdong too. Sunny also helped us booked the jumbo taxi to and from incheon airport. Her house is fully equipped with eveything that you need. This unit is definitely highly recommended!

Me, my wife and our parents stayed at this lovely place hosted by Sunny and her daughter Jane for 10 Days. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place as
1) It is centrally located in Seoul with only 5 – 7 mins walk to Seoul Station which will bring you to key tourist spot in Seoul easily example 1 stop to Nandaemun and 2 stops to Myeongdong. Not to mention that there is no need to change of train if you are coming in from Incheon or Gimpo Airport.
2) The place is tastefully decorated by the owners and never short of comfort. It is very well equipped with all the necessities from washer, dryer, iron, cooking and dining utensils, comfortable beds (very important) and hot shower with strong flow.
3) The attention to the intricate details. To make the stay our stay extra comfortable, owners have included a blue tooth Geneva speakers (good after a long day tour for you to kick back to enjoy your fav music), additional iPhone charger, additional mattress padding for the sofa bed, fragrance diffuser for the toilets, aroma candles, nespresso machine and capsules and magazines/ books for your bed time reads :)
To top it of the excellent place, we have very good and attentive host. When we first short listed the place, Sunny was very responsive and attentive to our queries to the place. To help us with the navigation upon arrival, Jane came by Seoul Station to pick us up so that we can settle in after the long day of travelling; true hospitality!
