Very friendly staff. Also very close to the beach and centrum The cleaning is perfect. They keep on cleaning. Swimming pool is nice and take easy.

Small bathroom but comfortable. Toilet is close to door. Can change to remove the closet.

Bed was clearly past it’s prime, as the sides protruded out, and it felt like a taco. All 4 pillows were also not very useful, as they were clearly also old and they weren’t fluffy anymore. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The bright green lights from the yard below shown through the curtains all night. I could hear basically all the movement from the rooms on either side of me, and every conversation as clear as day from the people passing in the hallway. The linens on the bed and the towels all looked well past their prime, as they were yellow and spotted. Parking lot was overcrowded, and they let people park where there were no spots so I couldn’t even get out in the way I was directed to leave. I came at the height of the OMNICRON breakout in Wncarnacion and when I checked out, one of the workers attending people didn’t bother to put his face as over his nose or mouth, but had it dangling below his chin. They also allowed many guests to receive service without masks while being around all the other guests.

for the amount i paid i expected a hotel with more comforts the furniture are old and unpainted and bad condition

Perfect location

Great staff, especially the lovely Letitia who was very helpful. Good breakfast with great coffee. Very good location. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The WiFi didn’t work well in the room, only in the reception. The sun loungers by the pool are very old. The one I was using collapsed while I was lying on it and could have caused an injury!
