Séjour parfait, personnel accueillant, professionnel, à l’écoute, hôtel magnifique , Spa au top , massage Serenity au top, chambre spacieuse et propre, restaurant principal qui propose beaucoup de choix , restaurant italien excellent ,équipe d’animation qui donne beaucoup d’énergie dans ses spectacles
Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel
J’ai juste 2 suggestions: des rideaux réellement opaques dans les chambres pour être réveillé moins tôt, comme l’équipe d’animation a un DJ ce serait bien d’avoir une soirée par semaine où ce DJ anime cette soirée pour que les gens puissent s’amuser et danser librement

Not 5 star. Good 4 star lacking the little items that make it 5 star. No night time turn down service . Beach was not clean . Coffee pods were not replaced in our room no fresh orange juice at breakfast.

Staff was really helpful and beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel rooms were amazing and pools are sooooo nice all of them really easy to get in to pool because pools are like a sea slowly getting deeper don’t need to use ladders. Hotel was fancy.
First of all, all inclusive is not all inclusive for drinks there was a menu you just choose what's on the menu you can not order as a drink everything you want. There is a one a la cart restaurant and it is not included to all inclusive. Buffet was nice but not nice like Antalya Turkey hotels. It wasn’t a huge buffet just a normal buffet size. Desserts was not tasty in my opinion. For me buffet was 6/10. It is not a close to City Center by walk it is like a 38 minutes, with taxi it was 7 minutes. I don’t care the distance just for a opinion who wants to visit here. The other thing i want to mention hotel was really clean but the problem is staff was not changing the towels every time they clean the room. There was no slippers in the room and ground was cold but i didn’t ask for a slipper i used my slippers if you ask may be they will give i am not sure.

Food was excellent. Cleanliness in rooms was slightly below where you’d expect for the expensive. dusty and rusty. Hotel staff did the minimum expectations but had opportunities to go above and beyond but weren’t too bothered. Entertainment team were amazing.
Beds were uncomfortable because mattresses were lumpy and I’m assuming old. Room needed proper cleaning. Couldn’t offer late check out ANYWHERE even with the offer of extra money and advanced requests which I understand they don’t have to, but when travelling with a 4 month old and not flying until 11pm, checking out 11am was less than ideal and hotel did nothing to help.

The hotel and staff where great and very helpful. We stayed all inclusive for 10 days and the food was fantastic, with plenty of choice.
The main pool was packed with children and families, but we went to the adults only pool ( our daughter was 17) which was peaceful and relaxing.
What we liked to most was the way that the hotel handled our initial complaint about our room ( see what we didn't like section). They offered to move us, however there were no 2 bedroom rooms ( these were only Suites and they were all booked). So we stayed in our original beach house and the hotel built additional screens to screen us from the road, which was above and beyond in our minds. They really when out of their way to make sure were were happy. Well done Pelagoes Suites 10/10 for that
The details displayed on booking.com are somewhat misleading. As we thought we were getting a 2 bedroom suite within the main complex ( see pictures on the booking.com website). However this was not the case and we had the "Beach House" which in not in the main complex. This was on the main road and we had no privacy as people waiting for the bus into town could see us sitting outside on the table and chairs.
I put this down to some misinformation from Booking.com as it implied that we were getting a suite or so we thought. It was not the hotels fault.
However the hotel did a fantastic job of resolving this ( See what we liked section)

The layout of the hotel is excellent, the pools are very nice and we liked the kids pools as well, however those are not that big. The food was amazing, and the animation team did an excellent job throughout our whole stay, entertraining the kids by 11pm - Thank you!
DO NOT book the a "beach house", if you expect a hotel experience. We booked too quickly, based on the photos we thought we are going to be placed in the hotel and it turned out that we will be placed in a separate "service house" which has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel - however sold under the same page and at the same price level; located outside of the hotel area, even you need to go through the parking area. We communicated this to the hotel reservation manager who has no interest in helping us, or never apologized following their misleading communication that we will be placed to a normal hotel room after 2 nights. Overall we recommend the hotel itself, it surely has excellent rooms and a beautiful layout, but the communication and how they handled the situation was disappointing.

Unfortunately only good wifi in the room. Not even good connection in the main restaurant or main pool.
Also communication with taxi not good. We have booked the transfer in advance, but at arrival no one was there. We called several times the reception after we arrived, then we were forced to wait in the taxi queue because no taxi showed up. Eventually after 30 min waiting in the queue someone showed up with a sign with several names on it. And that lady was not waiting when we arrived.

this place is amazing , location a few miles from centre , just across the road to beach , all inclusive option , food , drink , staff 5* , room deluxe was good size , very comfortable.

The overall property was exceptional. The pool area was spacious, there was the tables within the pool which helped us relax out the sun for a few minutes and the little shop is so helpful for little must have items like sun cream and water. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage and a safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed anything. They ordered taxis as and when we needed and didn’t have any issue with doing so. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, both hot and cold. In addition, dinner has enough options for all dietary requirements.
A couple of minor points of improvement: The outdoor bed on our balcony was covered in noticeable stains from the first minute we entered. For a 5 star hotel this is something that shouldn’t really happen. We didn’t bother too much as we didn’t use it but other customers may not be as overlooking. The pool itself is lovely however a lot of the floor tiles under the water are coming away and we found ourselves standing on broken parts of tiles a lot. An easy fix and would benefit the hotel massively. Lastly, just a petty thing, the juice served at breakfast was watered down massively which is odd for something like apple or orange juice.

Everything was perfect! We booked Pelagos for our honeymoon, so our expectations were high. Everything at this resort beyond exceeded our expecations. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, the room was perfect (we booked the junior suite with shared pool), the location of the resort was perfect in relation to Kos town, I literally don't have a negative thing to say about our stay/experience.
The entertainment (daytime & evening animation team) was also FANTASTIC. The team is extremely passionate about their role + making sure the guests are having a good time. Dominica, you are fantastic and your planning for the evening entertainment is exquisite!
Pro tip: upgrade your all-in to unlock even more benefits within the resort, such as booking the suuuuuuper relaxing indoor pool after a day in the sun.

Staff in the restaurant mostly very weird. There was a situation that somebody dropped a SHRIMP during the dinner and NOBODY from the staff even took it from the floor! The floor was red from the sauce of the shrimp and everybody was walking on it even staff!!! When they clean the tables, and when they drop fork or something they do not even take it from the floor, this is ridiculous really!
