I was travelling alone, but they had placed me in a 2-bedroom apartment as they probably didn't have smaller ones available. One of the bedrooms was a bit smaller, but both ok size - and there was a separate kitchen with a table + 3 chairs as well. Cleaning lady was nice and the location is very central. A big balcony.

The check-in was a major disappointment. I had noticed in the Booking.com reviews that other people had complained about it, so I asked my local friend to contact the hotel and they said that the check-in is not available between 11am-3pm, but it is possible to leave the luggage there while waiting. I tried to hurry and arrived just barely after 11am not having slept at all during the night and had to go to the downstairs cafe to ask where the hotel entrance is since it wasn't marked in any way and the building looks like it'd be normal apartments, not a hotel. Having found the door, I tried to call someone and after a while a cleaning lady appeared and understood I wanted to leave my bags which we then took to the cellar. When returning at 3pm there was nobody and finally at 3:30pm a man came to check me in. When I left the hotel, I just left the key in the room. I.e. on the arrival day I was hurrying for nothing since the reception was NEVER actually open, they just come there to give the keys, so it is really poor service that they don't arrange someone to give the key even during the middle of the day if the time would be agreed on in advance. The shower was rather poor, I took cold showers all week. And there is a church right behind the hotel, so the bells ring very loudly at 7am and 6pm, but that didn't actually bother me much and neither did the traffic, but both can be a problem to light sleepers.

The only positive thing is, the cleaner is polite.

The bad experience I’ve had with this accommodation proves they’ve made no improvement from the negative feedback other guests gave. Firstly, they sold me a product on the website that was actually not available. I’ve paid for their flat with a living room for nearly 2 weeks but upon arrival, I realised it’s not the flat I booked, the owner didn’t even take the initiative to let me know she’d changed my flat, after I raised the question, then she said the flat I booked was not available and put me in a flat without a living room. I booked it because their pictures showed there’s a living room but as she didn’t have the flat I booked, she said she didn’t care if I had to eat in bed rather than in a living room. Moreover, she said she couldn’t offer any explanation of why the flat I booked was not available. Secondly, she’s a serious attitude problem, works in the hospitality industry but has no hospitality at all. Once she’s taken your money, it’s job done for her, she doesn’t care about/listen to her customers, only her own opinion counts. The reception is not manned, guests have to call her but she doesn’t pick up the phone most of the time so if you’ve an emergency, you can imagine what you’re getting yourself into. Lastly, sleep deprivation. I’ve a high tolerance of noise but the building is pretty much right next to a church, of course, it’s nowhere to be found in their hotel description that the church bell rings like a fire alarm daily at 7, it’s so loud that even ear plugs didn’t help.

I liked everything about my apartment, i felt Home And i didnt wanted to leave . I would love To come back . I really found my new space :)

Basic property as expected had everything we needed , fantastic location.

The receptionist was extremely rude and we had to wait 20 minutes for her to arrive, we checked in within the stated hours. No information regarding returning the key, contacted them by phone and again extremely rude.

We loved that the apartment got cleaned everyday. Also towels where replaced when they were dirty. Our drain in the bathroom was blocked so we had 1 day a issue with to much water on the floor. This Problem got solved at the same day after a quick call and we could enjoy our shower again in the evening. We loved the quick and efficient solution.

The hanger for the shower was broken so you had to hold the shower head while taking a shower.

Lacation and price.

Lady at the reception.. Not helpful at all, I felt like we were bothering her. Not very clean bathroom. No lift.

Very clean. Good location for the town and all facilities. Good aircon. Staff communication was good when we arrived late.

Aircon in one of rooms wasn't working properly, wasn't a big deal for our overnight stay. Shower cabin was leaking a bit.

Nobody at hotel to let us in. No sign to say it was hotel. Neighbour called for us and took 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Room ok but shabby. A family arrived at 22.00 with 2 small children, same thing happened to them. Location ok for us, that was why we booked it. Wouldn't use it again and would advise others not to. Don't think it should be on your books. We use you often and have never had this experience before.

The appartment was on the east side, under a tree shadow. Nice.

Too noisy. It is on a cross check of 2 main roads în the City (a long straight street from North to South and one of the main exit from City) . Also a church next to the building. Every day 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. The sound was criminal

Reception not manned. There was a phone number to call manager but no phone, as my mobile does not work out of the UK I would have been stuck for a room if I hadn't found a cleaner to call for me. Very poor service

Apartment clean, large & comfortable

We arrived after travelling to find no one there, no note etc. We had made arrangements to arrive between 9-10 pm. Very disappointed. Fortunately for us the staff in coffee shop rang for us and a man arrived after 20mins. No one to pay which meant it was paid from a credit card I never use abroad as I pay commission & charges. A bad experience but apartment was good.

The hotel seems very new, in excellent condition and situated near the centre of Kos town. Excellent value for a one night stop over. It does however need a sign outside to identify itself.

The check-in experience was very poor. After asking locals for directions to the hotel, I was directed to a completely anonymous looking modern office style building with no sign outside whatsoever. I arrived 50 mins before official check-in time (14:00), which is not usually an issue, however the reception area was vacant. After searching the building, I eventually found a helpful cleaner who, after some trouble, managed to call someone and told me to return at 14:00. This I did, to a still empty reception. After more phone calls from the ever helpful cleaner (and repeated promises of 'just another 10 minutes'), the receptionist/manager eventually arrived at 14:40, totally unapologetic, walked straight past me to the counter and checked me in rather curtly as if I was an imposition.
