I didn't like about service,no wifi no proper hot water,no cleaning in room all room like are dust,if u feel like this last one month did cleaning the room

It was very dirty.. there were spider webs all over the room and a lot of dust under the bed..

The place was not clean with dirty carpets, bedsheets, and towels. also didn't provide soap. The bathroom heater not working properly. Worst experience ever. wrong featuring information provided to me, please don’t go to this place. poor staff ever.

One of worst place in nuwara eliya. We dont ged soap even at there. Dont choose this place to saty.

Lovely staff, great view from the terrace. Good wifi.
Rooms are a little dusty.
Hot water only runs for a few minutes in the bathroom, so you need to shower quick!

I booked this room after their next-door neighbor refused to take my booking, I expected little. But it far exceeded my expectations and I ended up staying for the whole week.
The room has a great view of the sunrise, a very comfy bed, and a perfect hot shower.
There were many areas I could use like the lobby just outside my room, balcony, reception area. The caretaker was super nice and caring, always offered me tea and food (which was delicious).
Neel, the property owner gave me many handy tips on places to visit.
One of the few places that left me teary-eyed while leaving. SO grateful for their kindness and warmth. I miss them.
Wifi would a great addition :)

A very dirty place. One is not even given hot water to wash his body. The booking app says that breakfast is available, but breakfast is not served. Not even there to buy food. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very dirty. The beds have not been cleaned in about a month. I have all the bills and photos.
