Super lokalizacja przy kanale i promenadzie Dotonbori oraz ulicy handlowej Shinsaibashi. Obsługa cudowna. Gdy na recepcji poprosiliśmy o kieliszki do wina to dostaliśmy je starannie zawinięte w folię w koszyku żeby bezpiecznie zanieść do pokoju. W pokoju czekały na nas specjalne stroje w których codziennie chodziliśmy na spa/gorące źródła znajdujące się na najwyższym piętrze hotelu. Dobre, duże urozmaicone śniadania. Na recepcji można kupić napoje bezalkoholowe oraz wina w bardzo dobrych cenach. Obsługa poleciła nam pobliską restauracje sushi, która była wyjątkowa.

The onsen is prone to overcrowding which compromises on the cleaniness somewhat Likewise, might be difficult to find a seat during peak breakfast hours. There are two or three convenient stalls nearby if one decides to skip breakfast. Just have to manage your expectations.

The property is in a great location, near Dotonbori so it was interesting to walk around and there were so many restaurants and food stalls. The room was a decent size, but if I stayed here again, I would not get the king sized bed. It was actually two smaller beds pushed together to make one big bed so it was really wide! The bed took up half the room, and left very little space for our suitcases. We could’ve fit 4 people on that bed. My son loved the sofa bed that was right up against the window. I guess this is a common configuration for Candeo hotel rooms since we had the same type of bed arrangement in our Candeo Roppongi room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was a laundry room which I really appreciated, however it was constantly in use whenever I checked, and the tv function that allowed us to see which machines were being used was not accurate so I had to keep going up to check. It was nice that there was a public bath and relaxation room on the top floor. The hotel provided spa outfits and slippers. The drink and ice cream vending machines were nice too.

On first glance the hotel seems classy and upscale, but on closer inspection, there were signs of wear and tear. There were stains on the carpet in front of the elevator, there was dust built up on the edges of the hallways, the wallpaper that was supposed to simulate bamboo wood panels was wrinkled in many areas. It just seemed a bit run down. We stayed at a Candeo in Roppongi that looked pristine and didn’t have any of these issues. Maybe the Osaka Candeo is older? It just seemed like maintenance was slipping.

This was the biggest bed we’d ever seen anywhere in our whole lives. Large room with a small couch in it. Unheard of for Japan. The facilities had a spa but we didn’t get to use them. Very busy hotel with lots of tourists, very few Japanese people. You are a few blocks from all the tourist areas- the shopping, street food and all the weird girls clubs.

Touristy. It’s not as close to a train as we’d like.

It’s was just expensive for no reason and compared to the price the quality of service was very bad the beds were not made well while me checked in the toilets where smelly

The hot springs at the top level were really beautiful and were tattoo friendly for my small tattoos! Bed was also really large and comfortable.

Bathrooms were a little small.

The location is right next to dotonbori. Quite spacious room, very clean, check in and check out process is very quick
