Good location, easy walk from train station and city centre. Very bright, pleasant apartment, with good kitchen and well equipped. Host communicated in advance, then met us on arrival to explain everything and ensure we were OK.

Appartment was clean, Philippe, the owner was friendly and helpful. Was close to center of angers. Appartment was pretty much as expected for the price., The sofa bed was very comfortable. A TV might have been nice but otherwise can't fault it.

Shower was a little on the small side, and possibly a TV Would have been nice.

The place is quiet, private and secure.

Philippe meet us on arrival to share door codes and show is the facilities and was very helpful and welcoming. Apartment was excellent and in a nice quiet location, very convenient for the train station and only a few minutes walk away from downtown Angers. Main bedroom was great and lounge area had an excellent double sofa-bed of the highest quality, Weather was hot so the 2 fans very very much appreciated and kitchen had almost everything you could ever need for a short stay - fridge, hob, microwave, cookware and crockery etc. Nice little courtyard outside and the apartment was perfectly clean and tidy.

Nitpicking as the apartment was fantastic and have absolutely no complaints: Air Conditioning would be good because Angers gets very hot in the summer but the fans were sufficient (especially the cold air fan). Shower is slightly awkward of you're over 6ft tall as a little narrow, but still perfectly adequate.

good points it’s clean, near parking and near centre of the city (but not the best area). not so good the apartment is very very small no comfortable furniture and nowhere to hang clothes. it’s so small we had to store our suitcases in the shower. we got lucky as the weather was good so we didn’t spend anytime in the apartment.

very small room, tiny bed is hardly enough for two persons, ants, loud neighbors

Although the room was relatively small it was very well thought through, and had everything I needed. It was very clean and well maintained, and the bathroom and shower were very good. The location was central but also very peaceful and quiet. The host was also very welcoming and the apartment was excellent value for money.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property was thoughtfully laid out, well equipped and clean. The heating for a winter stay was fantastic. Security was good and the apartment was lovely and quiet.

I wasn't expecting the property to be so tiny. It was okay for me because I am a small person. However, the facilities were too small for a big man like my partner, particularly the shower.

This small apartment is well located in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the main part of town. Our messages were answered swiftly by the host, who met us on arrival and allowed us to check-in earlier than usual. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment as Angers is a great place to spend the day. However, we did use the little courtyard to drink a glass of wine and eat our breakfast as it's a nice place to cool down from the heat of the August day! The apartment is spotlessly clean and well kept, has a good quality fridge and some coffee pods were thoughtfully provided to use in the equally well kept machine. The beds (double and sofa) are very comfortable with good quality linen.

As it's a small apartment, the shower is naturally very small too. Just be careful not to accidentally knock the temperature control and turn the water scorching hot or freezing cold!

The apartment had an excellent location. It was very clean. Philippe was very helpful, allowing me to check in earlier than expected and meeting me to show me the wifi and door codes. He responded to messages immediately. There was a kettle, iron and hairdryer and the shower was really nice. The bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend.

There was no oven, only a microwave and hob.
