The Blu Gin restaurant on property had excellent food and specials. Staff was great as well. We ate there twice as a group of 9 and all 18 meals were great. The poolside snack shack had great drinks, service, and quick tasty food. Our only issue and it is NOT related to our unit, is that they need to double the number of chairs at the pool. You can take chairs from the unit, but that is a hassle. Also could probably double the towels in the unit, with 6 bath towels and an additional 6 beach towels. The A/C worked great, fridge, dishwasher, showers, and TVs all worked perfectly. We would stay again!

The location is pristine and right on the beach! That's what you are paying for. Everything about this stay was great minus the little critters that made their presence known at night. I appreciate the effort of the owner to try to correct it, but it unfortunately did not work. I think it's worth staying here because of the location, but avoid the critters!

Great location, right on the beach. Clean. Only suggestion is to give more than one towel to each guest for the stay.

We had a wonderful time...sunrise at the beach is NEVER to be missed. The valets bless their hearts they were swamped. People are impatient but they were moving them the fastest they could. Not sure how they could improve on it..they already have 3 lanes rolling. The Turkish baths were under construction...bummer. But next time they'll be open.

Right on the beach with pool close by. View from upstairs bedroom is breathtaking. Alexandra came over once to fix our tv, but we had no other issues. The townhouse was clean and the host was responsive. Plenty of room for 5 people.

Best location to the beach possible

I choose this place for the location and the view. It was our first time in Miami, and we were extremely happy with the beach access from our condo and the large windows to take in the view. There were not a lot of places to shop or eat within walking distance with little kids. There were a few playgrounds within walking distance. The place needs some updates but then they could charge a lot more and I appreciated the price.

Resort is a little outdated but the location makes up for it. The grill was a joke though everything else was good enough for us.

The location is very nice, beautiful views. Check in process was tough. Very long lines and rude workers. Owner gave us the code to the room so we were able to go straight to the room. Lots of steps in the building which isn’t ideal with luggage. The place is beautiful but could use a little work. Not enough towels or toilet paper that we had to go out and buy. Other than that, owner communicated right away with us and was very nice.

We loved this stay so much. Location was perfect, right on the beach with incredible window views. I had a few questions about check in and various other things and communication was prompt and helpful. We hope to be back again soon!

Check in process at the property was very long and people were not friendly. Location was perfect and our spot was clean and had everything we needed plus some fun extras for the beach. The shower water temperature was terrible....it went from cold to scolding and would not stay consistant. Was terrible for children who cant keep up with adjusting the water temp.

Property is right on the beach with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. There is a pool with a snack bar and valet parking is included. My family loved the central location. It is not a luxury apartment, but the description is accurate, and it comfortably slept my family of five. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the rental was good value for the price point. The unit had access directly to the beach with a patio to use for eating outdoors or relaxing between beach/pool, steps away from the shared pool which wasn't too crowded and the bar at the pool was convenient for lunch and drinks. The unit is dated and aged, all in usable form but do not expect luxury. Some areas of the unit do need dire improvements, especially some walls with paint falling or the cabinetry in bathrooms are pretty bad shape but since we didn't spend much time in the unit, it was fine. The building and common areas are very old so although from distance the building looks ok, it needs renovation. If you are looking for good location, access to beach and pool and won't be spending too much time indoors, this is a great place. Check in is very confusing, so make sure the owner communicates ahead of time the access code to the unit and let's security know you are arriving. It took is about 60 min to check in after traveling all day at midnight to finally able to get in the unit due to lack of communication.

Alexandra’s unit is outdated and the building is not nice. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything but problems. The following issues were present when we arrived: 1. The shower was clogged and would not drain from day one. 2. The towel bar in the downstairs bathroom was broken so we couldn’t hang towels there. 3. The vacuum didn’t work. 4. There was one dishwasher pod for a 4 night stay. 5. The shower temperatures were unregulated and actually burning hot at times to the point of not being able to use the shower at the end of our stay. The shower was either freezing or burning hot and mostly burning hot. 6. Mold on the water spout of the fridge. 7. Terrible smells throughout building and condo. 8. One roll of toilet paper, one paper towel, and no beach towels. Bare minimum of pretty much everything hospitality-wise. We were then charged damages for the shower that was already broken and that we barely used! Miami rocks but don’t stay here unless you want to experience the same issues. Working with VRBO to get our money back now because we were never expecting to be charged damages for doing absolutely nothing. This place is already overpriced for what you get.

The property was old and not super clean. A lot of stuff was outdated and falling apart. There are 2 showers and it took us 20 minutes to get the upstairs shower dialed in so it wasn’t burning hot. The downstairs shower would only adjust temperature when it was coming out of the spout. As soon as you turned the shower part on it went straight back to burning hot and was uncontrollable. Once we got the temp under control we realized there was no wash cloths. It says in the rules that the property needed to be cleaned and dishes done but there wasn’t anything to scrub the dishes with and no dishwasher tabs. I had to reach out to the owner and she brought everything to us within minutes since they stay a few doors down. I was impressed with the view and beach access right out our back door. We were not impressed with the amount of outdated things in the unit. The beds downstairs are on a box spring on the floor and the upstairs beds sounds like they are going to fall apart when you sit or lay on them. For the price I would not rent this unit again.

The townhome's location was so amazing, we were steps from what seems to be a private beach for the guests and owners of the condos/townhomes off the area's boardwalk. The beach wasn't overcrowded, perfect for relaxing enjoyment. We did have a bit of trouble finding the townhome but once we figured out we needed to check in with security first, it was a breeze from then on out. The Townhome is charming and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Morgan's diner up the street was a favorite and has the best "Voluptuous Grilled Cheese" and Cafe Lola was a favorite as well. We would definitely rent here again!

Outstanding location on the beach! Walk down the stairs from the patio, take 20 steps, and you're in the sand! And there is a beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom. Alexandra is a kind and responsive host. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here.

We had a great experience staying at this townhouse. It is older, but well-kept and clean. It’s in a great location and has front door access to the free trolley that runs in the area. We especially loved having the beach right outside the back patio!

My adult daughter, her boyfriend and my 13 year old twins enjoyed our week stay in Miami. The overall vacation was fantastic! The people were all very nice and so polite. I was worried the weather would be too chilly to get in the water but it was only too stormy one day we were there making the water too rough to get in. The best things about the trip and condo: 1. Location, Location, Location- this was right on the beach, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, only a short drive to other areas of Miami and only an hour and half from Key Largo where we enjoyed a water experience with Dolphins. 2. The FREE valet parking was so convenient because we rented a car. 3. Checkin in the middle of the night because our flight was delayed several hours, was super easy. 4. The communication with the owner was fantastic. - We only had one item that wasn’t provided. Paper towels- I messaged the owner and within 10 mins we had a roll. We left our AirPods there. We messaged the owner and they located them and are shipping them back to us. The interior of the condo unit is nothing fancy. It’s roomy for a family of 5 with plenty of beds. We were provided all the necessary items to cook and go to the beach such as dishes cookware, a couple of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The bathrooms and kitchen cabinets really date the condo and make it look rundown. The bathrooms look and feel more like an old gas station.

I don’t know if you can beat the location and view. Free valet parking was great. Originally finding the apt was a little difficult and some of the building staff was not helpful. Could definitely use some updating, nicer beds and the upstairs toilet loose and wobbly. The property manager communicated very well.

Location is number one. Beds were comfortable. Property was clean. Will Definitely stay here if we ever come to Miami again.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. I will do as others have done on some reviews. Pros:1) location and neighbors were awesome 2) enough room for six adults comfortably 3) interactions with owners was quick Cons:1) you get one bath towel per person, one hand towel and wash cloth to share for the week 2) there were no rugs in the whole townhouse to catch the constant clinging sand3) there are two bathrooms and you get one small roll of single ply toilet paper for each for the week 4) it was very hard to regulate the water in the showers If you plan for these small inconveniences than you will have a great time. I would stay here again for the location itself.

I'd recommend this property to all of my friends and family. I'd actually like to return to this same place again. The owner had great communication with us throughout our stay. It was really an enjoyable stay.
