We loved this cute cottage! It had everything we needed for the beach, which was only a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Three days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants!

This vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

The beach cottage furnishings are very charming and luxurious, and the the provided amenities were such a treat. Both made our stay extra special. We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.

Overall this is a great property to stay if you have a pet. Bed was very comfortable and the property is private. Small but cozy and very cute place. They had snacks for us and dog bowls to use. close to beach and great restaurants across the street. Could use a deep cleaning on floors. And disinfecting to get pet smell out. But would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location and beautiful cottage!
Loved the Cocoa Beach cottage! Beautifully maintained. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even a cart to carry everything to the beach were provided. Fantastic location close to beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. Loved the front porch and the back patio. So much better than staying in a high rise. Hope to stay again sometime.

Beach Cottage
If you are looking for a house near Cocoa Beach this is a nice place located just a block and a half from the beach. The owner and care takers are very prompt to respond to questions and very helpful. The place was impressively clean. The only downside for me was the road noise, particularly in the morning when traffic was heavier. Despite that, I would still recommend this rental for a beach getaway.

Great location and wonderful accommodations!
Very clean and nice accommodation with everything needed for a great vacation. Less than five minute walk to nice beach on ocean or to various good restaurants/shops. Within hour drive to Orlando/Disney World. Great location for dogs with private fenced in backyard. Would love to return again.

Cool, Clean, Comfortable, Cozy, Calm, Charming, Carefree
Just off Orlando Ave but felt Calm and had excellent access. Excellent / Helpful resident caretakers. The residence itself was everything we needed. Comfortable for 4 adults. ( 2 would have to sleep on twin beds) add a kid or couch surfer on the couch (pullout). I would have liked a Party size package of Oreos but we just got two small ones. Lots of TV, more than I could figure out. Stay here if it's available! Have a full English breakfast across the street. We got up too late to get one! Cheers!

Cocoa Beach
Our cottage had character, a cute beachy vibe! The beach is a block away, as promised, and it’s easy to carry the chairs and umbrella. There’s also a wheeled cart to take everything to the beach. Our host immediately responded when we had a problem with a malfunctioning umbrella, and a replacement was provided that same day. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two fabulous places for breakfast right down the street. The beach was awesome, not very crowded. We treated ourselves to one night at a nearby hotel so we could enjoy a pool for a couple of days, as we checked in at the hotel early, and hung out at the pool the day we checked out, too. Downtown Cocoa Beach has an old school feel. We had a great beach vacation!

A perfect oasis of relaxation
I can’t say enough about this property, it was exactly what I was looking for. The property owner has everything you could want in the cottage. There were even goodies waiting our arrival . The private fenced in back yard is something you don’t find often and it even has a hammock. The beach is a half block walk and the cottage even has beach stuff to take over as you like. In short a great property that I look forward to visiting again

We love Cocoa Beach Stay Cottages!
We have been visiting family and friends in Cocoa Beach for the holidays since 2010. When the Wakulla Suites became Westgate Resort, we looked for another place (pet friendly) and found our Christmas Cottage in downtown Cocoa Beach. We walk to the beach every morning for sunrise (even when it’s cloudy); we kayak the intracoastal at Thousand Islands a mile south. The rooms are so cute and very comfortable. It’s a historic property that doesn’t feel old and is very well maintained. This was our second year and we are already discussing dates for next year.

This house was like a home away from home. Everything you could think of they had in the house already. The area was really nice, with lots of restaurants to walk to and only a couple streets from the beach! I would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Cocoa Beach.

Everything was great. Arrived 2 hours early just to find the location but we were allowed in early. So much better than a hotel any day of the week. We were able to grill and cook saving money having to eat out every day. Loved the back yard to just relax. Clean and plenty of room for my daughter and I. We could easily live there as a home.

Oasis from home
Our trip was amazing. We live in central Florida but staying at this lovely cottage was a game changer. We stayed over memorial weekend and while I would have expected the beach to be packed (and it was) the area where this cottage is didnt seem to get too much traffic. We were just a short walk away from the water. The cottage was so homey that we almost didnt even want to go to the beach and stay in the yard on the hammock soaking in some sun. So many lovely places to eat within walking distance. The home was filled with basically everything you could need. Everytime I would cook something I would think "oh the kitchen wont have this ie strainer for pasta, measuring cups, oven mits, grilling supplies... open the cabinet and there it was. Size of everything was perfect, from the beds to the bathroom to the kitchen. The onsite handyman helped us get into the cottage when I stood there stumbling with the code. The front porch with the lit up tree was amazing. I am seriously obsessed with that gorgeous tree. All in all our stay was absolutely lovely and we would love to go back.

Great Place to Stay
We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage in Cocoa Beach. The accomodations were comfortable with a fun beach cottage feel. Having a private back yard with garden furniture was a huge bonus. The smells of the blooming plants and the sound of the birds made it very special. Being so close to the beach meant we could go at our whim. Town was great fun with restaurants, shops and music. The owner and caretakers were very kind and helpful. This was a perfect place for us.

Fantastic place, great location
My two adult daughters and I spent several days in this cottage and also several days in the cottage next door. Both places were lovely and very clean. Debra was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We had to extend our stay, hence the moving cottages, and she made it very easy for us to shift from one place to the next. The onsite managers were great - they even moved all our food + luggage from one cottage to the other one while we were out sightseeing!
The location is great for walking to a number of restaurants as well as to the beach. We really appreciated the sun umbrella and beach chairs! We'd definitely stay there again if we're ever back at Cocoa Beach.
