It is a beautiful apartment in a lovely neighborhood. It’s convenient yet away from the busy tourist area. There is a neighborhood grocery store a short walk from the apartment, and the #5 bus stop is right in front of the building. Every room opens to a large beautiful terrace. The owners are wonderful to work with.

The apartment was very smart in the sun terrace was fabulous

The traffic noise was very loud especially during the day so forget the siesta in the sun

parking was difficult

The rooms have great view, the house is spacious, elegantly artsy, yet it has a functional design. The terrace is accessible from every room, and there is a big veranda for dining. The bed is comfortable, the reversible air conditioning creats a perfect temperature for any weather conditions, everything is projected to offer a high quality service.

Apartment was huge, well-equipped (everything you could possibly need!), and beautifully decorated. The outdoor terrace was wonderful, with views over the city and to the Mediterranean. Easy walk to Vieux Nice. We'll certainly stay there next time we're in Nice. We highly recommend it!

The size of the apartment and the views

The only slight problem was there were no restaurants or bars close by.

Well laid out, everything we needed was there and the wrap around terrace was fabulous. The host Jean Michelle was great

Just a little too far out of Nice so had a lot of taxis although very near for Matisse gallery and garden which is gorgeous.
